Chris was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. I had no issues during my stay. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Great stay.

If you need a 30 day plus rental in LoDo this is a great selection! It is even better for the travelers - walk down to union station. Neighborhood still has quite a few homeless and few are hostile. Overall great experience in the urban world. Property owner was great and easy to community with as well!

This property is a gem and if it's available, book it! Chris is very nice and easy to communicate with, the building is beautiful, and his place is first class. It's centrally located to all the neighborhoods of Denver, you are right by the train station where an Amtrak can take you to the mountains. There's a coffee shop and Sweet Greens in the building and a Whole Foods across the street. The condo has a great view, very comfortable mattress, the best master shower, and all the kitchen comforts you need. I recommend going to the roof to grill dinner and watch the sunset. Then take advantage of the pool and hot tub. Thank you Chris for a wonderful stay!
