We are Superhosts & excited to host you! Get the few days that are unhooked here on VRBO! Old, quiet neighborhood with parks & local businesses within walking distance. Your space has a private entrance, covered outdoor patio & comfortable extras like waffle robes, fresh drinking water, humidifier & blackout curtains. TV in the living room has a sound bar, Roku with Netflix and fast WiFi. Your bright & spacious guest house is located across our gated courtyard.

Only one ADU will be rented at a time and we will be on-site per city regs.

A nice, private stay located in a quiet part of Denver. The guest house was clean and a great space, especially if you are going to be spending some time there. Plus, there were lots of cute coffee shops nearby and easy access to I-70 for getting around!

Perfect location

This was the perfect place for our stay. Super close to everything we needed. It was a cheap Uber ride to and from Empower Stadium. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

Perfect place

Great location, perfect for a couple. Such wonderful hosts. The only thing we couldn't find was a can opener, so we ran and picked one up. We will definitely try and stay again.

Cute and Cozy

This place was so cute and was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Easy check in and out and the owners responded to my messages in a timely manner. Will definitely be booking here again next time we come out to CO.

One of the best places to stay

The check in/out process is super easy. The place is quiet and clean. The location was ideal for our trip, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend staying here! 10/10.

This is a very cozy small guest house in a nice neighborhood. We did lose power in the area ( nobody’s fault) as it was snowing. But because we did not have heat and did not know how long the power would be out, we went to a hotel. The owner graciously credited us that night. Our only concern was when we called, the voice mail was full and couldn’t leave a message. The owner did call us back within the hour. Two suggestions for the unit. The entrance is a sliding glass door and could really use lubricating. The other is to install a recessed hand hold for the sliding bedroom door.

Perfect place to spend a relaxing few days in the city, away from all the noise but close enough to get into the city for whatever you want. 100% Better option than a hotel.

Everything within a short distance and we felt safe

The check-in process was very fluid, it is a little bit of a trip because you have to keep the key fob with you so you don't lock yourself out so we would just put it back in the box. The landlord was a wealth of knowledge and we loved it because everything was really close overall. I would stay here 100% every time. The price was right, excellent communication comfortable, ran yet small. It's definitely an interesting set up with all the other rentals but we never saw anybody the whole time we were there and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.close overall.

Very Comfortable

My wife and I stayed for two nights so that we could see the Stones. The bungalow was very comfortable including the bedAdditionally they had just taken receipt of a new sofa that is super comfortable as well. Great location as well. If I get to the area again, I would definitely stay here.
