Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer s Market each Sunday to the city s best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.

Coffee Shops: Coffee shops are a-plenty in the neighborhood with Coffee for the People being the closest and offering great breakfast burritos and bagels. Method Collective, On and Off, and Novo are all so close by and are equally as great.

Restaurants: Explore the city s best restaurants which guests have the luxury of traveling to on foot, due to our central location. Duo and Root Down for a fresh, farm-to-table dinner, Linger for eclectic tapas, Avante for an assortment of food hall-style meals, Ohana for excellent fresh poke, Rush bowls for a quick acai morning bowl, etc. Many more options can be found on our IG account page where we have local food recommendations from our favorite Denver foodies.

Family-Friendly Activities: Traveling with kids? Perfect! There are many kid-friendly activities nearby! Approx 15-20 minutes away is the Denver Museum of Nature and Science which boasts epic, educational galleries and an IMAX theatre, and right next door is the Denver Zoo

Shopping: There are many rooted boutiques in the neighborhood such as Rustic Thread, Strut Boutique, Ruby Jane, and Inspyre.

Music and Entertainment: Red Rocks Amphitheatre is just 20-30 minutes away and is known to be one of the best outdoor venues in the entire world. If you love music, or outdoor movies, we definitely suggest checking out their online schedule and purchasing tickets in advance due to strict capacity limits. *Inquire directly about limo/ party bus services.

Connect with Nature: If you re into mother nature, you will love running, walking, and biking to the many nearby parks- Sloan s Lake is the most popular, followed by Highland Park and Jefferson Park. We are a 20-30 minute drive from the foothills which offers endless options for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, and more. This is what Colorado is known for and we hope you take advantage of being so close.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The property does not have a designated parking lot. Street parking is the available option.
- Check-out time is firm, with no exceptions. A charge may be applied if housekeeping is delayed due to late check-out.
- Early check-in availability cannot be confirmed until your arrival day. Bag Drop-off (in the event early check-in is not available) can be arranged beginning at 12:00 pm MST but is subject to approval.
- Access to the mailbox is not available. Any packages delivered to a mailbox or mail room cannot be retrieved, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages.
- An additional fee of $25/night will be charged for guests exceeding the number of standard occupants.
- 3D Virtual Guides/Tours are not available through Homes Villas by Marriott Bonvoy.

4 of us were on a girls trip visiting family. This was the perfect location for us. 2 of us brought work with us and the large bedroom with rhe desk/workspace was great. We utilized our patio and the upstairs roof patio. The only drawback was no off street parking, but we didnt have any issues getting a spot while we were there. The single drawback was the

Beautiful, modern property, well-stocked for cooking, dining and entertaining. Plenty of outlets for charging electronics, plenty of hangers and closet space, great tables and couches and beds, lovely balcony. Street is noisy if the windows are open, but silent inside with them closed. Very pricey, but if you are willing to pay for luxury and convenience, it's worth it. Property manager very communicative and helpful.

The unit was exactly as pictured. It was perfectly stocked with everything you would need. The location was great for our day trip excursions to surrounding areas. The only drawback for us was the very loud road noise outside. The unit is on a busy street. We had to purchase ear plugs and use our sound apps to manage any sleep. Parking on the street was also an issue at times, but we managed. I would recommend staying here, but come prepared for items to help you sleep thru the street noise.

Fantastic location in LoHi. The 2 bedroom was a huge space and worked out great. We had issues with our door lock malfunctioning multiple times on us but sounds like they have already ordered a new lock so this doesn’t happen in the future. Overall we were very happy with the accommodations. Would recommend if you are looking to stay in the LoHi area.
