Welcome to your luxury getaway! Immerse yourself in this fully remodeled home, designed as a haven for family and friends to gather and unwind.

Just a short drive away from Denver, the DTC, Fiddler's Green, trails, restaurants, entertainment, and mountains, this lavish retreat offers the best of both worlds.

Featuring four luxurious bedrooms, three pristine bathrooms, and two game rooms, every detail is designed to ensure your comfort and enjoyment.

Guest Access:
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Quiet Neighborhood of Kently Hill. Easy access to I-25 and C-470. House is located in a cul-de-sac.

Getting Around:
House has an attached 2-car garage and driveway parking—plenty of room for up to 4 cars. House is located close to I-25 and C-470, making it a central location to get to all of Colorado's most fantastic attractions.

Other Things to Note:
This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is of utmost importance. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties are prohibited by local and Airbnb platform regulations, and excessively noisy or disruptive gatherings and those that violate quiet hours will result in termination of the reservation without refund and civil prosecution as needed. If you are unsure whether your group would be a good fit for this property, please reach out and we will be happy to provide clarification.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have an external security camera located on the front door.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step outside if you need to.

The house is in an older part of Denver but it’s very quiet and has a good location. The house was renovated and nice. The master bathroom was very small but nicely upgraded. The floors were dirty so we had to clean them but the floors were again newly renovated and we easily cleaned them.

A+ home away from home, great communication

My family loved our 3-day weekend here. It has plenty of room to spread out and a nice quiet location with private parking. Tyler was a great host and made the entire checkin/out process clear and easy.

Family Time

Our hosts communicated often and checked in to see if we needed anything during our stay. The house was clean and fully loaded with extra's that made grilling family meals effortless. We even had a spare propane tank when it was needed. The multitude of games/cards provided opportunities to teach the granddaughter how to play Jenga, Yahtzee, and Go Fish. The backyard was just the right size for an early Easter egg hunt. We loved that it was close to Englewood Dam, where we could walk/run and be out in the fresh air. A trip out to Red Rock Amphitheater is a must. Views of the snow capped mountains and sunsets were great ways to end the day. Thank you!

Above and Beyond

House was BETTER than expected. Great location. Close to all our planned events. Amenities were awesome. Tyler was an excellent host. A must stay of you're in the area.
