  • Welcome to LoHi's most prominent townhome located in the absolute center of Denver's hottest neighborhood for restaurants, activities, bars, breweries, and nightlife. Not to mention only a half mile walk to Downtown, Coors field, and Union Station. You simply could not ask for a better location, this is the Denver home you have been looking for!

    The entry is located on level one which also has the first bedroom complete with a queen Memory Foam mattress and en suite bathroom. The second level has a chef's kitchen, coffee bar, half bathroom, living room with Crate and Barrel Deep Lounge couch, 70in TV, record player, dinning area for 6 people and small deck with BBQ. The third level has the 2nd bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as the Master bedroom with a king premium purple mattress and has its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The top floor has the rooftop deck complete with a 5 person hot tub, fire pit, large couch and bar height table for outdoor dining and games.

    All linens, dish-ware, towels, soaps, detergents, paper towels etc will be provided for you. Just bring your luggage and toiletries and make yourself at home!

Great location, stylish townhome.

We really enjoyed this place for a group. Very stylish and comfortable with three bedrooms and parking in the driveway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was as advertised. Clean, great location, and easy access. Astronaut decor was also a great touch!

We had a nice stay at this property. The location was unbeatable. We loved the ability to walk to restaurants or easily access the highway. The home suited our family's needs.

amazing property location and hospitality

Soup to nuts this place was amazing. Pics didn’t do it justice. We had a blast and the location is unbeatable. The roof deck was just the cherry on top. I’d highly recommend anyone book this amazing place!

As Advertised. Great location

Property was as advertised. Great location as we spent 3 nights here and went to a Rockies game and Kenny Chesney concert at Empower Field. Would definitely stay here again. Nice neighborhood with plenty to do and close enough to scooter to downtown. Communication with owner was excellent. A+++

Great house/Great location

This house is in a prime location to walk to all the great things Denver has to offer. Had so many nice touches like cooking oil and coffee and tea already there for you. Communication with owner was easy and quick! Highly recommend

Family vacation

Ample space in the Townhouse for our family of five. Well-equipped kitchen with French press coffee. Watched fire works from the rooftop. We Used the hot tub every day after hiking. Located in a Super cute neighborhood. Waled to Little Man ice cream every night! Host was very easy to communicate with.

Comforts of Home in City Location

Well equipped and comfortable, spotlessly clean. Great location to explore the city and take in a Rockies or Avalanche game. Short walk to local amenities include a selection of shops, pharmacy, and public park. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. The host was beyond kind and easy to communicate with during our stay. Be sure to make time to relax in the hot tub before you explore the city. This was such a comfortable home away from home to enjoy a fun weekend with colleagues that I am proud to call friends.

Perfect location right where you want to be. Beware the ubiquitous uber scooters. They do not mix well with champagne. Hot tub on roof is awesome

Beautiful home in the perfect location

This home was gorgeous located in LoHi surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. The place was very clean and so convenient in terms of the layout and location. The hot tub is a great bonus on the rooftop with a beautiful view too! Kyle is also a Rockstar of a host!!! He is very responsive and kind in his communications which makes the process a breeze. Look no further and just book this place!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Kyle!

Exactly as Advertised and We Loved It!

Recently stayed here with my wife and two other couples for a Red Rocks show and we couldn't have been happier! Communication with host was fantastic, check in was super easy and the place was very clean. Amazing location walkable to some great restaurants if you don't want to venture far. Cool outdoor bar across the street was great to just shoot over for a drink and app while others got ready. The only potential complaint you may have is the proximity to this bar and the noise if you have kids going to sleep early - but it's honestly not bad at all and we were there on a weekend. Hoping to get this same group together next year for another Red Rocks show and we will definitely be staying here again if available!

Family vacation

Our family of four with two teens enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and easy to find. We only cooked breakfast, but had everything we needed. The unit was clean with the exception of floors / carpets that need to be washed. We enjoyed the hot tub and had coffee on three roof deck in the mornings. The neighborhood is safe with lots of fun restaurants and bars. We walked to Union Station and a game at Coors. Parking was also easy and we could quickly get to the highway to drive to Boulder and Red Rocks. There is an active nightlife in the area, especially on the weekend, so be aware if you are early or light sleepers.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay in this townhome. The location was fantastic, with tons of restaurants nearby and walkability into shopping areas and even Coors Field. It's a very active part of town, which was great for our family, but know there is an active nightlife if you are sensitive to that. Check in and out was super easy and the owners responded quickly to my messages. Beds were very comfortable. There were a few areas that could have used a little more cleaning, but overall the property was nice. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom and a powder bath. Kitchen had good amenities, including a crock pot, but I would have loved a Keurig machine instead of a full coffee pot. Roof deck has awesome views. We would definitely stay here again.
