"The two male bartenders weren’t friendly. They seemed miserable and like they didn’t want to be there. I would definitely recommend hiring better bartenders to draw in more customers."

Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver
"Rooms were clean. Everybody was courteous. The beds are uncomfortable and pillows are flat and useless. Bring your own. We got in one night and they had cleaned our room and one phone chargers was missing. Not sure where it went."
