  • This beautiful home has central air conditioning, 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, plus an enclosed outdoor shower, and is only a short walk to a wonderful warm water beach.
    There is a large country kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, a bright and sizable living room and an enclosed porch with plenty of room inside and outside to spread out. The dining room has seating for the whole family, and there is a large rear yard with privacy, an outdoor grill and even a gazebo to enjoy.
    Amenities also include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fast WiFi, high definition cable TV and a large collection of board games and books for that rainy day.

Nice property, plenty of room and a large fenced in back yard for the grand kids to play in. Central AC was also good to have. Short walk to the beach and close to restaurants, shops and food stores. Plenty of room to spread out between the living room, back deck and porch. A nice large and bright kitchen was also great.

Charming house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented here for the past three years and will be back next year! It is right in the middle of all of the places we like to visit in the beaches we like to go to. The house is just perfect for us.

Perfect house for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great home for multi-family trip

The home was very comfortable and sound proof. Plenty of areas to gather and enjoy each other's company without being on top of each other. A longer walk to beach than imagined but dropping most off with gear works well. The landscaping was lovely and tranquil.

Perfect summer house

House was great. Fenced in beautiful backyard with fire pit, hammock, adult and child’s picnic table and grill. Location had many restaurants within walk-in distance. The beach was only .7 miles although it was to cold and windy the week we went.

Vacation at the Cape

The description perfectly described the home. There is a cute beach within a 10 minutes walk. Kitchen fully stocked. House was spacious for 10 adults and a 1 year old. Would return!!!

Wonderful Cape Cod Rental

This is a great house for families. The spacious yard was perfect for kids to play and the sunroom was their evening and rainy day hangout. The house is attractive. The kitchen is definitely the heart of the house. Spacious, bright and very well equipped. A nice beach is about a 10 minute stroll and huge West Dennis Beach is just 1.7 miles away. The Dennis area has all the summertime activities you might want but the rest of the Cape is nearby. Highly recommend!

Awesome property, great for two families

We really enjoyed our stay. The house felt larger than the pictures were able to show. We went with our friends that had a 9 month old. They stayed in the downstairs bedroom and my family stayed upstairs. We could not hear them or their baby at all. The backyard felt secluded and having the fenced in yard was a nice feature. The outdoor shower was the best I have used on the cape. The location was awesome, short walk to joeys pizza, short drive to woolfies and a bunch of other spots. The only complaint I have is the upstairs main bedroom has a skylight right above the bed that lets in a lot of light which caused me to get up earlier than I wanted. Some sort of shade option would be awesome.

Comfortable home

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. AC was working, backyard is a good size for kids to play in and dealing with the rental owner was a breeze. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely come back to this house.

Great week at the Cape

We really enjoyed the property. Great location. Close to the beach. We could drive our stuff down and then walk down. The big kitchen and the central air were great.

Wonderful Family Vacation home.

The house is just beautiful. We loved the beachy decor and it was very comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The backyard was outstanding and just perfect for outdoor eating, playing and just sitting and visiting. Our only complaints are these: 1.) The propane tank was completely empty when we went to grill burgers. 2.) Though the house has central air (we kept it very cool) we all woke up sweaty in the morning. We tried keeping our bedroom doors open when we went to bed to see if this helped. Though it did a bit, it did not completely alleviate the problem. Possibly the addition of fans in the bedrooms would keep the cool air circulating? 3.) Renting linens cost us hundreds of dollars in addition to the rental cost of the house (which is significant). It was not fun to arrive after a long day of travel (we came from California) and have to make up the beds. If this was included, I'd return every year! Stephen and Emily were wonderful to work with and I thank them for everything. Denise .
