"It is the ONLY place I will stay at when in Manitowoc. Clean rooms, plenty of parking, close to stores, very friendly staff, dog friendly (a new criteria for me), great amenities. The price is affordable."

We didn't take advantage of the breakfast portion as we had other plans. Only recommendation is to have ice on hand, they just have a limited amount on hand. Highly recommend staying with them. "I booked through Expedia and 10 minutes later realize I booked the wrong day. I got ahold of Expedia right away and they said the hotel could not move the reservation because it was within 24 hours. I literally called to change it within 15 minutes of booking and Expedia and the hotel refused to fix it for me so I got charged for the night that was wrong."

"We are always looking for pet friendly places. This one is both pet friendly and close to all we wanted to do in the Two Rivers Manitowoc area. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is an older and outdated motel but they are undergoing renovations and we would definitely come back."

Also realized the room phone didn’t make calls out this time without the phone being on speaker. Me being the consumer I am I let it alone without raising a concern. The second day, the microwave overheats and the sink backed up. Which I unclogged myself. After staying up till 1 am while they pretended to fix repairs. "Wonderful , friendly staff. Easy check in/ out! Comfy beds and rooms..a bit smaller than usual hotel rooms. I was able to open windows for fresh air! Live microwave and fridge!"

"Check in was slow for 10 pm. No complimentary breakfast. Our rooms bathroom ceiling was covered in something pink and long hairs. The shower had some kind of substance all over the wall of it."

"We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were nice sized and maintained. The free breakfast was what you would except and there was something for everyone. The room itself was a bit rundown and plain, but clean and served its purpose. For the money, this was a good option. Friendly and helpful staff!"
