Villa with panoramic views all inclusive in Denia for 8 people

This beautiful villa has incredible views of the city, and it can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
The plot where the house is located is distributed across different levels, interconnected by exterior stairs. It consists of two independent houses, with the main house located on the upper part and the studio below.
The entrance area for the car to the villa is located in the middle zone, where there is a spacious parking lot for 2 cars.
In the barbecue and pool area, guests can enjoy unparalleled views while having fun in the water. In the house, there are loungers available for guests' maximum comfort. The barbecue area is glassed-in, making it great to enjoy throughout the year.
Going up the stairs we find the dwelling. Right after entering, there is the living room/dining room and the kitchen with an American bar, which has air conditioning, wifi, TV, and a fireplace. From here, there is access to a terrace ideal for enjoying the views.
On the left hand side in the dining room, the kitchen is located, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, etc, and all the necessary kitchenware.
If we continue down the hallway, we will find the first room composed of two 90cm beds placed together, forming a double bed. It has air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe where they can store their belongings, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
We found the second room, it has a 150 cm bed and a wardrobe. Next to the door, there is a bathroom with a shower.
Lastly, we find the third and final room, consisting of a bedroom with a 1.35m bed for one person.
Going outside and down the stairs, in front of the pool, we find the entrance to the studio. This second dwelling has the same dimensions as the main house, so it is very large. Upon entering, we find a large living room/dining room with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, so they can enjoy it without any problem. At the end of the hallway are the two bedrooms, one of them a master bedroom and the other individual with a 1.35m bed. Next to them is the bathroom with a shower.


Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
