This beautiful villa has incredible views of the city, and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.The plot on which the property is located is distributed across different levels, interconnected by exterior stairs. It consists of two independent houses, with the main house located in the upper part and the studio below.The car entrance to the villa is located in the middle zone, which has a spacious parking area for 2 cars.In the barbecue and swimming pool area, guests can enjoy unbeatable views while having fun in the water. The house has sunbeds available for guests for their greater comfort. The barbecue is glazed, which makes it great to enjoy all year round.Going up the stairs we find the dwelling. As soon as you enter, there is the living room/dining room and the kitchen with an American bar, which has air conditioning, wifi, TV and a fireplace. From here, there is access to a terrace ideal for enjoying the views.To the left in the living room, is the kitchen, fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, etc, and all the necessary kitchenware.If we continue down the corridor, we find the first of the bedrooms consisting of two 90cm beds together, forming a double bed. It has air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe where they can store their belongings and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.We find the second bedroom, which has a 150 cm bed and a wardrobe. Next to the door is a bathroom with a shower.Finally, we find the third and last room, consisting of a bedroom with a 1.35m bed for one person.Going outside and down the stairs, in front of the pool, we find the entrance to the studio. This second dwelling has the same dimensions as the main house, so it is very large. Upon entering, we find a large living room/dining room with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, so they can enjoy it without any problem. At the end of the corridor are the two bedrooms, one of them a double and the other individual with a 1.35m bed. Next to them is the bathroom with a shower.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
