It features a beautiful garden full of plants, trees, palm trees and grass, which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The barbecue is located next to the pool. The house has outdoor furniture and sunbeds for guests. In the garden we can find a lovely sauna, only available during winter months and upon request (please inquire about possible usage costs).

Upon entering the property, we find the large living/dining/kitchen area. The house has central heating, air conditioning in two of the bedrooms, wifi, mosquito nets in the rooms and a TV. This area leads to a large terrace from which you can enjoy the best views the villa offers.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The first bedroom consists of a double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. Next to it is a bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom also has a double bed, mosquito net, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. Opposite it is a bathroom with a bathtub.

Right next to it is the small bedroom, which is only available for a child, as instead of a bed it has a sofa bed.

In the front area is the private parking available for one car.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
