Overall we have found the property to be rundown, unloved and dirty. We found cockroaches in the property! The bedding e.g. bed mattresses and pillows had marks and stains on them. This is not of an acceptable standard and I would be seeking compensation anyway however there are many more specifics: 1) The basementThere is a double room in the basement or on lower level of the house. The bedroom is 4ft high and is not an acceptable space. The space wasn’t advertised like this so it’s misleading and certainly not good if you don’t like close spaces. The lower ground floor is a big space however it feels like it is a storage area/garage space. 2) The BathroomsBelow is a list of unacceptable issues;No locks on doors1 toilet where no tissue paper is to be flushed in it and dirty paper is expected to be disposed of in a pedal binThere is no common bathroom Dirty towels Dirty rooms 3) The bedroomsSoiled sheets and pillow casesHeavily soiled sheets and mattresses Lack of wardrobe space in a double room 4) The kitchen Generally filthy Oven when used trips electrical fusesWhen the fridge trips because of the oven it takes a while for it to reset (beeping)Electrical sockets in weird places making it hard to use them 5) ElectricsThe main electrical on switch is taped to the on position so when the electricity is tripped by the oven only the lights and sockets trip, this is a major safety issue 6) AirconThe aircon unit in the basement leaks when
