Nestled in a quiet secluded neighborhood along the shores of the Piankatank River, this wonderfully appointed 1,300 square foot cottage offers a welcoming retreat for guests seeking a comfortable summer or weekend getaway at a very reasonable price. Fishing Bay Marina and Yacht Club are both easily accessible by golf-cart or bicycle via private roads. With two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a cozy bunk room providing sleeping quarters with four twin beds, there is room for the whole crew! The large master bathroom includes a soaking tub with separate shower plus jack and jill sinks. The second bathroom has a combined tub/shower and provides access to the separate laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer. Guests will have multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors; from the patio with firepit for those cooler nights, to the large rear deck perfect for sunbathing, to the screened-in porch for escaping the heat and lounging in the shade. The fully stocked kitchen and outdoor gas grill allow you to prepare any of your favorite meals. Bed Linens and towels are provided. No pets please.
