Welcome to Villa 3 Palms, managed by Seabreeze Villas Delray! Our villa has a unique modern coastal design and has been recently renovated with new amenities. Come here with your friends and family to experience the beautiful Delray Beach and its clear blue waters. Additionally, take a stroll down Atlantic Ave, and enjoy the incredible restaurant scene and nightlife that our beach has to offer. We're very excited to host you!



The Space:

The beauty of our villa is that both our beaches and restaurant scene are in close proximity, which provides our guests with a wide array of activities. As such, our goal with the Villa 3 Palms was to enhance this experience and provide the perfect relaxation getaway, whether it be for a week or longer-term. With our new renovations and updated amenities, we fully expect you to enjoy the ultimate comfort and privacy in our villa.

Bedrooms:

* Bedroom #1: king bed, 55" smart TV, and private shower

* Bedroom #2: queen bed

* Bedroom #3: queen bed

* Total home size is 1700 sq feet



Bathrooms:

* Bathroom #1 (located in bedroom #1): spa large ceiling shower, wall jets, and handheld shower

* Bathroom #2: spa rain shower with handheld shower



Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen:

* Open floor plan, allowing you to easily entertain and share experiences with your family

* Living room has a large couch, multiple chairs, and 65" smart TV with a sound system

* Entry/living room has a sofa, two chairs, and table

* Dining room has a table that seats up to 6 individuals

* Kitchen is newly renovated, fully stocked, and has brand new appliances

* Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods in kitchen



Backyard:

* Fully enclosed and gated backyard for full privacy

* Two chaise lounges to soak up the sun

* BBQ gas grill to cook your favorite meal

* Outdoor table seating



Family/Kids Amenities:

* All age board games

* Pack n' Play (includes bassinet), baby gate and kids plates/utensils available on request from the guest.



Additional Amenities:

* Fast wifi, washer/dryer, two-car garage, and a driveway that could fit three to four cars



Guest Access:

We will provide a private lock code for the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Villa 3 Palms is located in Delray Beach's premier residential neighborhood, known as the Lake Ida neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

Pets and Emotional Support Animals are allowed on a case-by-case basis, and the guest must receive approval from the host prior to the reservation. All animals (i.e. pets, emotional support animals, service animals) are not allowed to be left alone in the villa at any time, and the guest is liable for any damage incurred by the animal.
