This newly 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo apartment just became available at the Grove Condominium in the heart of Delray Beach. The apartment is furnished and has a full kitchen. Beautiful heated pool on the premises along with the management office on site and free parking. This unit is close to all restaurants/bars/nightlife of Delray beach, FL.

All guest have access to:
-The pool (heated)
-Free parking spaces.
-Coin operated laundry machines.
-Beach towels and chairs (limited number depending on how full other units are).
-Shared grill (first come first served).
-Once a week cleanings.
-Extra towels and linens/toilet paper and other supplies if needed.
-WI-Fi in all units/courtyards and pool area.

Neighborhood: About Delray Beach -USA Today Travel names it America’s Most Fun Small Town. The U.S. Tennis Association nominates Delray as one of the top 10 tennis towns in the U.S. It has also won the “All-America City” Award twice!!
Getting around: The Delray Downtowner offers free rides around town (they are sort of like really nice, large golf carts!) they will pick you up and take you where you need to go-free!! There is also a company called Super Shuttle if you need a ride from the airport.

This a well kept condo in an old Florida one story series of buildings. Location is excellent for easy walking access to beach and restaurants and there is a lovely small courtyard to sit and enjoy the foliage. Another positive is property managers are close and very responsive to any concerns. Some negatives: kitchen is a bit dated but useable; tv's are a bit small, and there is a large house being built next door to condo building. Even with these negatives, I would recommend renting it since overall it is an excellent value for the rental cost.

My cousin and I really enjoy staying here because of its cleanliness, and the location to not only the ocean, the shops and stores, the friendly people that also rent here, but, it is within six miles of where my sister lives. We hope to continue staying here for years to come.

The other reviews are correct. The location is good. Walking distance to the beach & restaurants. The maintenance company was very helpful & prompt the one time we needed something. The pool was nice. The condo was clean. My one complaint is that every piece of furniture needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable!

So close to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. Ocean Boulevard is great for walking and running by the sea. The unit is a little dated but there is lots of space and it is quite comfortable. TV is small.

This place is so close to the beach and all the best shopping and eating! My family and I stayed and loved it. The unit is a bit dated but served our needs perfectly. Everything was super clean. Check in and check out were really simple and quick. The pool on site is really nice and there are several courtyards with beautiful landscaping for outdoor relaxation. If you didn't want to cook during your stay you wouldn't even need to rent a car, and with the the trolley you might even be able to get groceries without a car (we didn't try the trolley during our stay). The only improvement I would suggest is a better mattress for the master bedroom. Overall a fantastic stay and hoping to return next year!
