Great family vacation

Our family of four had a great stay at Rick’s property. It was clean, nicely furnished and in a lovely neighborhood. A short drive to beach and restaurants, with a great setup at the house when we wanted to stay home — what more could you ask for?!

Perfect Place!!!

Property is in a great neighborhood...and the back yard area is outstanding! The Sonos system was perfect, the big screen TV in the living room allowed us to watch TV from the patio...the kitchen was well appointed and its close to some of the best beaches in FLA!

Amazing home and location!

This house was exactly like listed. Very clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need. The backyard was beautiful - and pool was great. Home is very good for people with children. Neighborhood is quiet and great for walks. Our family had a great time!

Wonderful rental

Perfect sport for a Delray Family Week

Great house in good location. Renovated, with nice open air kitchen and living room. Pool is excellent, and nice backyard. Owner was a good communicator and very nice. Recommend highly.

Perfect Vacation Home

This was the perfect rental for myself and 3 girlfriends! The house was just perfect. Comfortable, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was updated and fresh feeling, and the yard and beautiful pool were well kept and fun to spend time in. The location was great, on a nice quiet street but within short distance from grocery, shopping, the cute middle of Delray and the beach. And Rick was super accommodating and very quick to respond. I highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to rent again in the future.

Beautiful house and great location!

We loved our time at this wonderful house! It is a very nicely updated ranch, open floor plan and in a great location! I was grateful the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The Sonos speakers throughout the house was an added bonus! If I was really picky, I would prefer a King size bed in the master bedroom but this is definitely a 5 star house!The owner was also very responsive!

Great property, location and communication!

We stayed a week at this property in May 2019 and it was everything we were looking for. The home was in a great location, very well upgraded and in immaculate condition upon arrival. The owner made the process extremely easy for both our arrival and departure and our 4-year-old daughter had a great time in the large back yard and pool. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in the Delray Beach area!

Chic, comfortable & flexible.

We had a wonderful month long stay at this lovely house. Conveniently located, a short drive to all of Delray. The house's comfortable & attractive Restoration Hardware furniture, large closets with many hangars, plentiful supply of towels, excellent laundry & well outfitted kitchen. The open floor plan allowed sunlight in, as we & our visiting adult children & their S.O.'s made meals, played games, worked on computers, lounged & sunned. The layout of the house with the master bedroom & bath on one side & on the opposite side the two guest rooms & bath worked well for us. Our two dogs chased frisbees, squirrels & once ducks in the fenced back yard, plus nearby is the large, clean Lake Ida Dog Park. Biking in the neighborhood was very nice, & for the more athletic member of the two of us, was the 30 mile round trip to Palm Beach's Starbucks via scenic ocean front Rte. A1A. We would happily return!

Very pretty and comfortable vacation home

The house is beautiful and very well layed out, with bedrooms on separate sides of the house, which worked very well for my extended family. The owner was extremely responsive whenever we called before our arrival with questions and after as well. I did not give it a 5 only because I would have liked it to be closer (walking distance) to a beach with umbrellas and a lifeguard.

Great House in a very nice area in Delray

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with great accommodations. Traveling with four kids it allowed for enough space to minimize any fighting (those traveling with teens and tweens!). Plus the house is great for entertaining - we had some family members who live in the area over for a BBQ, and the house's open concept was very inviting and easy to just relax. The outside landscaping is beautiful and great to just hang out to sit by pool or have morning coffee. We also took advantage of the bikes and explored the beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It is very close to Atlantic Avenue, which has tons of restaurants and a cool place to walk around, and the beach. I highly recommend this house and looking forward to staying there again if we head back to Delray!

Refreshingly true to its description - We loved this space!

We LOVED our stay. The house is absolutely lovely with an open, airy space that was perfect for the six of us. It is immaculately clean and fresh and exceeded my expectations for a rental. Excellent!

I visited for the weekend. My son is a freshman at FAU and I wanted a comfortable, homelike place to spend time with him, do his laundry and make him home cooked meals. The place was perfect. It was exceptionally clean, fully stocked (much to my surprise) and it had everything to make a weekend with my son perfect. Thank you!

Excellent Stay! Great Home, Great Location, Great Host

My family and I had some planned construction at our home fifteen minutes away in Boca. We were out for a week and wanted to avoid a hotel stay somewhere since we have two young kids. This was a GREAT alternative for us. The house appears to be recently renovated and looks great. It's stocked with everything you need for cooking/laundry. Very comfortable and clean. The location is great for hitting Atlantic Ave or the other parts of downtown Delray. The area around this house is very quiet and safe. The owner was incredibly responsive and very helpful. I've stayed in over a dozen VRBO's over the years and this was by far the easiest one. We have some final work to be done later on this year and will be returning to this home!

Fabulous Place to Stay in Delray Beach!

This beautiful, clean home had every convenience you needed for your vacation. The minute you walk in you are met with fabulous beach decor that makes you feel right at home! The kitchen was fully equipped, there was seating everywhere and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The pool was great and at night the landscaping was beautifully lit. Relaxing retreat in Delray Beach!

Great house!

The house is located in Historical Swinton, which just adds to the experience of staying in this adorable beach house. This was an annual girls trip for me and 4 of my other friends and it was perfect! The layout of the house allowed for continual fun and laughter.
