"The property is in a very convenient location. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was quite good, enough choice to satisfy. A few things that could be improved. Toilet in our bathroom was very small, as though it is for a child. Also, some noise from above our room at times."

"Loved my stay here. The room was very cozy. Loved the patio backing onto the trails and waking up with a mountain view. Will definitely be back."

"Room was so nice and cozy and spacious. Staff was also extremely accommodating."

"Friendly staff"

"Our room was clean and in good shape. We had a two bedroom Family Room. We were a little disappointed that there wasn't much furniture for sitting, other than the beds. We had one upholstered chair and a desk chair. We requested another chair and received another desk-type chair. Beautiful view from the hot tub but it wasn't very hot. Be aware that there is no elevator. Helpful person at the front desk helped get suitcases to the second floor. I think this should be highlighted more...

"The hotel was in the center of town which was great and had a perfect view of the mountains! On the day of our arrival we were told the hot tubs were down, which was disappointing. The hotel is old, but clean! The carpet in the halls had stains, but not a big deal. Our room had a loud noise, possibly coming From the pipes...and got louder as the night went on, which resulted in no sleep. I did call the front desk, however they were unable to help and did not offer another room. We had to leave...

"Very good!!"

"Staff were not friendly or accommodating and the rooms are very outdated"

"What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible."

"Great stay"

"The place is magical!!! The staff amazing ! Thank you !"

"Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station...

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in the perfect location right next to all the shops."

"Great place to stay"
