"The room was very clean and well kept throughout our stay. The service was exceptional and we were very happy with how we were treated. We were supported in a number of different ways during our stay (we needed to visit the hospital at short notice so we were able to keep luggage back after checkout). Our only comment for feedback was the pool being very cold despite the warm temperature outside - as it is shaded for most of the day, our daughter found it to be too cold to enjoy. Perhaps...

"Property located next to Toll check points. Every visit to Haridwar and back to hotel requires payment at Toll. Approach to property is shabby. Getting from highway to hotel gate is a stretch of dirt road which has been left as is and patch of land surrounding it which is not landscaped, stalled water and overgrown bushes which is quite unimpressive."

"Excellent service provided by staff. Front desk team is very welcoming, polite. Restaurant is really great. They have variety of food and tastes excellent with less spices and the items never tasted before. They don’t have any facilities for drivers, which we felt awkward. "
