"Very disappointing stay. The room had a terrible smell, the customer service was poor, and one night our key card stopped working. When we returned to the hotel, there was no staff at the front desk and we had to wait just to get back into our room.
The hotel was overpriced for the level of service, and the breakfast, which was included and supposedly part of the value, was very disappointing. Definitely not worth the price we paid."

"Very convenient to concert venue and local restaurants. Clean room. Nice help desk. Only complaint was breakfast, 845am and not stocked, most food was empty for 20-30min. Attendant just gave you a look when asked if food would be refilled."

"This makes the second Moxy we have stayed at and both times it did not disappoint. In fact this trip we seek out a Moxy because of experience at the one in Kentucky. All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset."

"The bathroom had mold, toilet paper has feces on the side of it from I guess who ever was in the room prior to us. Booked a room for 5 ppl, and there was no pull out couch which is so misleading. Just two double beds. I was given a room with two queen beds, when I complained the room was dirty…they switched my room to give me a two double beds..I guess as payback? I didn’t complain because that’s what I booked even though they upgraded me..then downgraded me after the complaint I would never...
