Location is perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Host communication was excellent. The apartment could have been cleaned better; kitchen floor was quite sticky and dirty, and the bathrooms needed more attention. Additionally, glassware / mugs were very sparse and the bath towels had seen better days (some were literally falling apart at the seams). We were only there for a few days with a very busy schedule and did not bother to make the hosts aware. Based on our experience, I feel like the hosts would have immediately responded if we had let them know about these concerns.

Wonderful and excellent hosts! Jordan & Shanté were absolutely fantastic to us and it really made our stay! They were more than patient responding so quickly when I had questions about parking because I didn’t read through their detailed instructions. All the info is there you just have to read it, lol. The apartment was perfect. The beds were like sleeping on clouds, great water pressure in the shower and the location was amazing. So many great restaurants in walking distance amd the area is soooo artsy! We loved the area so much. The murals and art installations were so cool. We finished every evening playing pool, ping pong, shuffle board, and jumping in the swimming pool. Then snuggling up to watch a movie in bed. We will be back! We loved it so much. Thank you!!!!

Great Two Bed/Two Bath Accommodations

Accommodations were perfect for two adults, two teens. It was great that both bedrooms had a private bath and tv. I appreciated having plenty of towels, that each sink had hand soap and that K-cups were provided for the coffee maker. Area was quiet, I felt safe walking the dog and several restaurants are within walkable distance.

Great Grandparents Home away from Home

We are first-time Grandparents visiting Atlanta. We enjoyed and had a lovely stay at your property for the week. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, and had a great walking location. You can see that Shante and Jordan take great pride in their property. and provide personal touches to make guests feel like they are at home. We also appreciate the simple check-in process.

Clean and communicative!

This was a very clean property in the heart of downtown Decatur. Check in instructions were very clear and the communication was excellent. The apartment is very thoughtfully decorated and I appreciated the coffee bar, Alexa connected to Apple Music. The placement of the lock to get the key fob is difficult and I communicated this with the host who acknowledged me. There is some building noise early in the morning as people leave for work through the hallway exit door which is by the bedroom wall- but I had to be up anyways so no big deal. There is also some road noise by the other bedroom which quiets during the night and with earplugs was not an issue.

Celebration of daughter PhD

Loved the unit and the property as a whole experience. Felt very safe there. And was very dog friendly! Will definitely be renting this one again. I have very bad allergies and wished there was a little less dust around. The unit may need a air filter.
