  • Triplex apartment of 59m2, bright, with large balcony and views of the basin and the sea. Close to the city center and all amenities, ideally placed for quiet and relaxing nights.
    Free parking spaces at the foot of the residence "LES EMBRUNS". Located on the 2nd floor (elevator) with the intermediate level: a bathroom with bath and shower head and heated towel rail. The toilets are independent. On the lower level: a bedroom with a large double bed equipped with a quality mattress, a small bedroom-cabin with large double bed and sink area, on the upper level: a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher / a large family fridge with 3 freezer / 4 burner hob / oven, microwave / toaster / coffee / tea maker / Nespresso, all crockery for 6 persons, crustacean service, many cooking utensils and all the condiments necessary for preparing good meals.
    Large bay windows overlooking the pool and the sea, south-west facing balcony equipped with 2 sunbeds, an outdoor table and 2 summer chairs.
    Well equipped apartment for your comfort, functional and tastefully decorated, with free WIFI internet access.
    The beds of the rooms are made with beautiful duvet covers giving you a good sleep, towels available for all guests.
    Just drop your bags and enjoy your stay. The car is not essential. A restaurant-creperie "the pirate" at 50 meters. Access to the beach 500 meters through the dike by taking the footbridge near the apartment, without vehicles, securing for children. Ideal for jogging.
    For your outdoor activities, for children and adults, 500 meters several tennis courts, miniature golf, ponies / horseback rides. At 900 meters, swimming pool and Thalasso. 3 18-hole golf courses, polo and yearling sales in summer. Sailing courses at the sailing club Trouville.
    To get to Trouville, you are on foot nearby. A ferry is 500 meters to cross the Touques by water taxi (La Touques is the shipping channel that separates Deauville and Trouville). The Trouville and Deauville market on Sunday mornings are ideal for sourcing local products (seafood and vegetables). Market in Deauville every summer day, school holidays and Saturdays.
    Beautiful walks and discovery of Honfleur, Etretat, Houlgate, Cabourg and you are just 1 hour from Normandy landing beaches D-DAY.

    During the months of July and August, the rental is from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights minimum.

Wir sind regelmäßig in Deauville und buchen immer diese Wohnung, da für uns die Unterkunft und die Lage dieser perfekt sind. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist immer sehr freundlich und sehr unkompliziert, was den Aufenthalt ebenfalls sehr angenehm macht. Perfekt ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit im Hafengelände direkt bei der Unterkunft.

Lovely convenient apartment

A very comfortable apartment with good views from the balcony. Perfect location just a few minutes walk to Deauville beach/town or Trouville for seafood and bars. Added bonus is a secure car park. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit Deauville.

Perfekte Lage des Objekts

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in der Wohnung und genießen die Lage und vor allem die das tolle Angebot auf dem Fischmarkt, dieser ist mit dem bac in 10 Minuten gemütlich zu erreichen. Auch die Boutiquen sind zum shoppen und schlendern sehr schön. Die Betten sind vor allem immer sehr sauber und frisch bezogen. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank Frederic

Eine wunderbare Woche

Sehr schönes, gut gelegenes Appartement in der Marina von Deauville. Alles was nan braucht ist da. Frederic ist ein sehr guter freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wege in den Ort und zum Strand sind kurz. Die nähere Umgebubg läd zu Ausflügen ein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.Merci!

Es war sehr schön!

Zwei Tolle Orte (Deauville und Trouville). Super Strand. Wassertemperatur schon im Juli sehr angenehm. Ein sehr netter Vermieter. Eine schöne Wohnung. Die Küche ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles da, um sich etwas leckeres vom Markt zuzubereiten. Und da gibt es reichlich. Nur das Treppenhaus benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Diese steht laut Hr. Phan kurz bevor. Wir wären gerne etwas länger geblieben.

Zentrumsnahe Lage und sehr freundlicher Host

Das Apartment ist wunderbar in der Hafenanlage gelegen. Es gibt so gut wie keinen Autoverkehr und -lärm. Es kann alles zu Fuß gemacht werden, was ein großer Vorteil ist, wenn es in Richtung Hochsession geht. Dann sind nämlich die Parkplätze in Trouville-sur-Mer und Deauville sehr knapp. Das Apartement hat eine schöne Süd/West-Ausrichtung. Die zwei Liegestühle auf dem Balkon laden zum bestens zum Chillen ein. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Frédéric ist ein sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Host. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, wie immer in der Nromandie.

Not for the discerning

Whilst not enjoying being critical, I feel I must express my disappointment with this appartment. The block is run-down and in need of internal and external maintenance. The entrance resembles a public car park. The website has not been updated to make it clear that the lift has been broken for a while. The apartment itself, although clean, needs some t.l.c. - the furniture and furnishings are shabby. The curtain pole in the main bedroom collapsed in the night (because the curtain was too heavy for the fixing in a flimsy plaster wall) and woke my wife and me up. When reported to the host, his response was "do not worry" - but no sign of an apology from him. I booked out of the apartment earlier than planned in order to find more comfortable accommodation. The rental charges do not give a fair reflection of the state of the property.

Everything you need for a few relaxing days!

Bequemes, ruhiges, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment im maritimem styl in Strandnähe! Alles, was es für ein paar entspannte Tage braucht! Dies war unser zweites Mal und sehr wahrscheinlich nicht das letzte Mal bei Herrn Phan. Vielen Dank für den freundlichen und warmen Empfang Herr Phan! Cosy, quiet, clean, and well-equipped flat in a maritime style near the beach! Everything you need for a few relaxing days! This was our second time and very likely not the last with Mr Phan. Thank you for the warm and friendly welcome Mr Phan!

Séjour très agréable , appartement très calme , a proximité du centre ville de Deauville et Trouville , super bien décoré , matelas très confortable , le propriétaire vous reçois avec beaucoup de gentillesse , je ne regrette absolument pas et conseille fortement aux futur vacanciers .
