*Patio with furniture to enjoy a morning cup of coffee
*Two bedroom, one bathroom unit with queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
*Onsite parking, spots available directly in front of your unit (see picture in listing for exact parking locations)
*Smart TV with Youtube TV provided
*Fully stocked kitchen with stove and small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker) available for use. We have seasonings, oils, condiments, and food prep/storage (foil, bags, wax paper, saran wrap) available. We also have dishwasher detergent for you!
*Enjoy coffee from our coffee bar, stocked with coffee grounds, sweeteners, and creamer. We also have tea available.
*Laundry available in unit and detergent is provided
*We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap for your stay. We have toiletries basket available in case you forgot anything!
*Sound machines available in each bedroom
*Each stay will include 1 free day pass to Spearfish`s newest gym, Level Up. Located about 5 minutes from the property, you and your guests can enjoy access to strength and cardio equipment, sauna, and tanning! Additional day passes can be purchased online.

Location:
The apartment building is located just off the main highway for quick access. You are also just up the street from downtown Spearfish, walkable to restaurants, convenience store, liquor store, groceries, and more!

*Weather cancellation policy: Due to the nature of where we live, we do not offer refunds for weather related events unless the DOT closes the highway or roads prohibiting travel to our town. We experience winter 6+ months out of the year and our area is equipped to handle the snow. We want you to feel comfortable with traveling, but cannot afford to have our calendar tied up only to have last minute cancellations for several months out of the year.
*No parties or events hosted at the home.
*Quiet Hours outside from 10pm-7am. We want to respect others staying at the apartments and provide a peaceful environment to all.
*No smoking in the home

Illinois Street is Neat!

The apartment was cute and clean. Bedrooms were kept cool by individual ac units. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was very quiet, which we were worried about because there is another unit above. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

SD Trip on way home from Big Horns

This was our first VRBO stay. The information provided was spot on. The place was easy to find, clean, and it was easy to communicate with the owner. We were very happy and felt so good to relax in a home environment instead of a hotel room! The amenities of home!!! I loved the decor as well!
