"The room was very good for my needs which was an overnight stop between disembarking a cruise and flying home. I was picked up by the host for an additional fee and provided with a nice commentary on the area.
There is no nearby (walking distance) food/drink outlets or shops, so a stay of more than one day would require use of a car or taxis. The room includes a kettle, microwave, fridge, TV and is nicely air conditioned.
The bed was comfortable and there is table and 2 chairs as well as the...

"If you love boutique hotels that are well-kept, aesthetically pleasing, peaceful and secluded without being far from everything, OceanBlue is for you! Highly recommend for solo travelers and couples.
The property gives Mykonos in BIM vibes with its white-and-blue architecture, inviting lounge areas and gorgeous pool overlooking the ocean. It’s the perfect place to slow down and unwind!
Despite my late flight, check-in was smooth and I got help with my luggage. Special shoutout to security team...

"The apartment needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort. The floors did not appear to be swept, I noticed hair or debris on the bed, and the bathroom facilities were old, with a plastic mat in the shower. The exterior of the building also appeared to be deteriorating. Accessing the property was inconvenient because the gate had to be unlocked and locked manually each time I entered or left and I couldn’t access the property from the main road, either you walk...

"The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! The area around the property and leading to the beach is a bit dirty. But you can't beat the value of this place! Paradise Beach is one of the very best in Barbados and to have...

"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.
I have been...
