"Curtains and furnishings probably need to be updated… torn and raggedy. The carpets are actually WET due to humidity… bathrooms need renovation…grout chalk are in poor shape and visibly distasteful. Weed wafts through the hallways… disgusting. Ice machine broken. Breakfast was good though and pool looked inviting, but didn’t have a chance to check it out."

"The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. "Cool, old property. Rooms feel like a bedroom in an old house. Parking is on the street, but I never had trouble finding a spot. No site amenities to speak of."

"Keycard machine was broken when we arrived. Staff was pretty incompetent. We were told that there would be bedding for the pull out bed in the room, but there was none. When we called the front desk to inquire about it, we were not given clear answers on how to get extra bedding. The bedding that we got did not fit the bed. Breakfast item selection was poor and they kept running out of items. Many warm items were undercooked. Waffle batter was way too liquid and you could not make waffles with...

"I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing."

"It's pretty much what you would expect for a $54 a night motel. The bathroom was cruddy and gross. There were random hairs everywhere. There were stains on the comforter. And the room smelled really weird. The nicest part of the entire place was the pool but it wasn't open, which was incredibly disappointing since it was almost a hundred degrees outside."
