"Lovely Manor House Hotel property set within its own grounds and beautiful gardens, only a few miles outside of Oudtshoorn. Lovely large bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed, fluffy towels and toiletries with room service each day. Excellent breakfasts with good choice of healthy options and hot selection cooked fresh to order. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "

"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my...

"This place is awesome. The only point we didn’t like is the fact that the information on the App isn’t 100% accurate. Technically, this guesthouse does have a restaurant. But reservations for any meal must be made 24 hours prior to the meal. So, we ended up being unable to eat. This information should be included in the description, but isn’t. "

"Der Garten und das Haus von außen sind toll anzusehen. Leider setzt sich das nicht im Inneren fort. Die Zimmer sind groß mit sehr alter Einrichtung, die leider nicht gut gepflegt oder gereinigt ist. Das Personal tut nur das Notwendigste, um den Rest muss man sich irgendwie selbst kümmern (z.B. Handtücher für den Pool). Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach. Schade, das Anwesen hat tolles Potenzial welches nicht gehoben wird."

"While the room was clean and quite big, the mattresses were extremely hard and not comfortable at all. This being said, the electric blankets were a nice touch, and the overall room layout was very nice, especially the outisde shower which was quite a hit with the kid. The staff was very pleasant, the giraffes awesome to stare at, and the breakfast quite hearty, but we honestly found the nightly cost to be quite expensive for what we got."
