It is located in the main shopping street (Zeelaan De Panne), just a few steps from the beach. Inside, you’ll enjoy a modern and welcoming interior with warm accents, plenty of natural light and elegant details that create a homely atmosphere. The Space:
Upon arrival, you’ll immediately notice the bright open kitchen. There is plenty of space to enjoy breakfast or a cosy dinner together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and oven. From here, the large windows offer a nice view of the Zeelaan, the lively shopping street of De Panne. The inviting lounge is perfect for an aperitif, and the small terrace with soft cushions is an ideal spot to relax.

Next to the kitchen, a separate TV room is available. It features a led TV with soundbar and a large collection of DVDs – the perfect space for kids! The sofa can easily be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people.

Meradelijo has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed plus two single pull-out beds. Please bring your own bed linen.

The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. For extra convenience, there is a separate toilet in the hallway. Guests are asked to bring their own towels as well.

The location is a real highlight: Meradelijo is situated in the Zeelaan, within walking distance of the beach, shops and many activities. Upon arrival, you can also park your car and bikes in the nearby private garage box.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

Other Things to Note:
PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
