"The photos do match at all. Upon arrival there is no front desk worker, instead they appear on a video screen and are remote workers (they were very kind and had a good service). "I stay at this hotel twice a year for events I come into Cincinnati for. Very disappointed this time in the room amenities. Bottom of one of the beds was broken, bathroom light was not very bright, shower curtain rod was not level so the curtain did not stay closed on either end. I’m not sure if this was just a room that needed to be refreshed. They were painting the lobby right outside the restaurant during my stay so you smelled the paint fumes with your breakfast each morning. Staff was very...

"Staff was helpful with any question at any time. Easy on/off the highway. We stopped there to avoid rush hour traffic through Cincinnati, and were able to grab the breakfast and leave by 6:30 am, sailing through the city at that time. The breakfast was fairly good, with freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy at the hot station, and cold cereal and fruit available as well. Highway noise could be heard all night but more as a white noise. For us, the easy on/off was worth the noise...

"The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. "

"I saw 1 hotel employee during my entire stay. Check in process is done via a video screen and you're talking to someone virtually, takes much longer than it should. The door to my room could easily be pushed open even when locked. Overall it looked like the hotel had not been vacuumed in months. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the rooms at this place was! Honestly one of the nicest, most economical places I've stayed at in a while. Carpets and lobby a bit dated / not as nice... but bed was very comfy, everything in the room itself, very clean. Everything functioned as it should. Would recommend for those traveling through and looking for an easy place to stay."

"I couldn’t have been treated better by a most gracious staff. I loved the room, the breakfast was very good, parking a breeze. Wasn’t prepared for cashless laundry but figured it out with no problem. I would definitely stay there again."
