"Really great hotel with very friendly staff. Room was very comfortable, plenty of space even with the sofa bed out. Nice to have a variety of teas, Nespresso coffee and hot chocolate available (also shortbread biscuits!). Lots of secure parking with a Pod Point EV charger. Good choice of breakfast options too - helped us start the day well. Dinner was available in the restaurant but there's also a vast choice of other options nearby. This was our first time staying here, but we'll certainly look...

"The Mitre is a great old hotel, with loads of character. The location is fantastic for all amenities and the staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Fast , efficient and friendly desk staff."

"Hotel muy práctico para hacer noche en el aeropuerto. Si sales de la T4 no hay más que cruzar a ella y si son otras terminales incluso de madrugada antes de que haya trenes entre terminales el bus local en la parada 11 al salir por la puerta principal en la planta llegadas te lleva a cualquier hora a la T5. Se paga solo 1,75 libras con contactless en el mismo bus al entrar como cualquier bus de Londres. Check-in rapidísimo y check-out instantáneo. Super preparado para no perder el tiempo."

"Lugar cercano al aeropuerto, buena atención y limpieza "

"This is a self service "hotel". It is actually a house that has been repurposed into a "hotel" and seems to be in a residential neighborhood. We booked it because our flight got cancelled at Heathrow and we needed a place to stay for 1 night and we needed it quickly. "Heathrow" is in the property's name so we made the assumption it was close to the airport and it was actually about a 15-20 minute cab/Uber ride. We didn't interact with Staff as all information was provided via WhatsApp -...

"The hotel is conveniently located close to t4 at Heathrow and walkable. Front desk staff were fast & helpful. Rooms were clean. Only one complaint was that the housekeeper was cleaning rooms in my area and slamming doors between 9:30pm- 10:15pm. It was a little inconvenient since I needed to wake up at 3:45am for an early flight."

"This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!"
