  • Este condominio está ubicado en Daytona Beach Shores, "la vida es mejor en Shores". Estamos en la última rampa de playa en el extremo sur de Daytona. Estamos en A1A con una gran vista del océano desde el balcón frontal y el balcón trasero tiene una gran vista del intercostal como se ve en las fotos. En esta rampa, tenemos lo mejor de los dos mundos: se ha hecho de DAYTONA FAMOUS al disfrutar de la conducción en la playa, hacia el norte y hacia el sur, una familia segura y amigable para los niños SIN CONDUCCIÓN
    playa.
    Ver la salida del sol sobre el océano desde el este y el sol
    establecer el canal entre la costa del oeste. Resplandor de Sun
    Fishing Pier se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia. A pie de restaurantes y
    pubs.
    Esta unidad está completamente amueblada, dos dormitorios, dos baños, unidad de tercer piso. El maestro tiene una cama king size y el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales que se pueden juntar para hacer un rey. Tengo un enrollable en la unidad. Puedo organizar un segundo enrollable para 6 personas.
    La unidad está decorada con un encanto de Key West para que sus vacaciones sean un
    experiencia disfrutable. La sala tiene una vista del océano, como
    así como el dormitorio principal. Para una noche tranquila, suave y acogedor de
    dormir todas las sábanas de la cama son 300 sábanas de satén hilos. Azulejo
    suelos de todo, alfombra bereber en dormitorios. La unidad tiene
    3 televisores y reproductores de DVD, también tiene DVD, libros, revistas para su disfrute.
    La unidad se suministra con todo lo que necesita para una diversión llena
    Vacaciones, sillas de playa, toallas, tablas de surf, refrigeradores, cubos, sombrillas. Tenemos cartas, juegos de mesa. También tengo binoculares para ver de cerca a los delfines que juegan en el océano. Tengo otra unidad en este edificio que tiene un tema de diseño diferente con todas las comodidades del hogar. Todas las unidades cuentan con muebles de jardín (mesa w / 4 sillas). Son ideales para una reunión familiar, puedo ofrecer descuentos para alquileres múltiples.
    Todo lo que necesita es traer su cepillo de dientes, esta unidad cuenta
    todo de la A - Z para entretener o simplemente disfrutar de un momento de relax en
    la playa.
    No se permiten mascotas. Depósito de garantía será devuelto después
    inspección de la unidad. Los inquilinos deben tener 25 años para firmar el alquiler.

JoAnn was amazing. The place was perfect! We enjoyed a lot of the amenities, but was sad we couldn't finish the Tigers head puzzle in time.

The condo was minutes from the beach. It was a great time of year to visit Daytona. The pool was an added plus.

Amazing place! Plenty of room, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen. 2 large bedrooms, 2 baths. Pool. Most convenient to access the beach, just cross the street. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax at the beach

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is older but well cared for, nice and clean. Beach access is very easy. Closet full of beach items was appreciated. Kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo and property manager

Property Manager explained everything in detail. The condo was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Pool was quiet and just across the street from the beach. Will stay here again.

Great stay near the beach!

We stayed six nights in January while we attended the Rolex 24 Hour race at the speedway. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and the price was reasonable given that an event was taking place in the area. Unfortunately we didn't have any balcony/beach weather while we were three as temps were cool, and we really didn't spend much time at the condo other than sleeping. Joann, the host was terrific to work with and very communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

Great property, location, and manager

The property manager, JoAnne, was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay both before and during. The property was nice and clean and provided everything we were expecting. There was some construction on the building going on at the time, which couldn't be helped and was no ones fault but JoAnna made up for it anyway. Very nice of her. I recommend this property.

The condo was great , had lots of beach toys , kitchen week stocked with small appliances

Joanne was awesome to work with . We very much enjoyed our stay . Not any fault of Joanne’s , the building in general needs a ramp . Was very hard getting the wagon full of beach stuff up and down the steps . But I would for sure stay in her condo again ! Thanks Joanne

A nice break

We would definitely come back if not for the entry stairs. Too inconvenient for loading unloading luggage, groceries etc. other than that it was very emjoyable

This was a great spot to be!

We loved our stay! The pool was so quiet and clean which was a big plus! We loved being right across the street from the beach! The Condo was clean, and great for what we needed! The beds were ok, but I have an iffy back and brought my mattress topper/foam to make it softer(personal preference). The kitchen had all we needed, and restaurants were so close by as well. We were so close to daytona speedway, as well as the outlets and many great shops down the main strip to the boardwalk! This was our first time to this area. Next time we may try the Ormond area for different but this unit won’t disappoint! Plus the washer/dryer was close to unit and easy to utilize! The views are nice as well! Joanne was super kind and helpful and a great host!

Great week with family!

We loved our stay with Joann! The condo was clean. Check-in was smooth. Communication was prompt and easy. The location is wonderful and the other residents in the building were so sweet and pleasant to talk to. We often had the pool to ourselves and if there were others present, it wasn't overly crowded. The walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes (across the street) and going between the beach and pool was simple (because heaven forbid we stay somewhere for more than an hour...🙄). There were beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and pool toys available for use in the condo so we didn't have to lug those things from home. We enjoyed our trip and hope to stay with Joann again next year!

The condo made our extended vacation perfect

We took an extended vacation to Daytona Beach and wanted to stay in a condo versus a hotel for that extended period of time. The condo was spacious, clean;, and had everything we needed. We were able to save money by having breakfast and lunch in the condo and it had all the cooking utensils and appliances we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach which was rarely crowded. JoAnn was an amazing host and made check-in and our very easy as well as checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back.

Great stay

We had an awesome stay ! The Condo is super clean, equipped with everything you might need, Location just across from the beach ist perfect and the pool is just great. JoAnn responded very fast to our few questions and is a responsible host. Thumbs up for this property 👍👍
