Wake to the sights and sounds of the ocean and the adjacent beach from this charming studio. When the days heat up, walk down to the shared pool or stroll out to the beach. Perched right in the heart of all the action of Daytona Beach, this oceanfront studio will be the perfect jumping-off point for any activity! While the beach is mere steps away, you'll also find several restaurants, shops, and more within walking distance. Navigate down the Intercoastal or explore Spruce Creek Preserve to see dolphins, manatees, alligators, turtles, and more, just seven miles away. And if you want to venture out a bit farther, go to one of the local golf courses for a round of 18, or visit the famous Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse and Museum just six miles down the coast.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, stove, oven, and microwave to prepare small meals or reheat yesterday's leftovers. Dine at the table or sit out and admire the view on your furnished balcony. This vacation rental also features a TV to stream your favorite shows and movies.

THINGS TO KNOW
Ongoing construction, possible noise from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, possible elevator closures and water shut off at buildings discretion.
Building will leave notes in lobby and elevators when anything will effect inside the units.
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
The pool is closed for construction until further notice.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I was a little disappointed in the fact that they didn’t offer like coffee or creamers for like a little breakfast bar. And in the bathroom shower, there is an open socket for a light. There was also no pool and no hot tub available.

Good Stay in May

Unit 427 was at the end of the floor and right across from the elevator which made it super convenient for coming and going. Private balcony had great beach/ocean view and just right for a couple's getaway before the busy season. Unit was reasonably clean with basic amenities though WiFi was too slow so we used my phone's hot spot feature when it was needed. Overall good stay. Would rate a 4.5.

Nightmare of a stay

Things were stolen from us from someone who lives in the condo. Apparently the cameras do not work even though in writing it says their are working cameras. Police had to be called. Floors were disgusting. Couldn’t walk a step without having black feet. Tv didn’t work. Maintenance was sent to put a door on the closet door that was broken, which never got fixed. That should be dealt with while someone is not paying to stay there. No storage to put your clothes in, no shelves or soap dish in the shower to even lay your soap or shampoo on. Drinks were left by who knows on the counter upon arrival. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. Complained several times during stay and upon arrival with nothing being taking care of. I will say the view and location is amazing. It’s a shame all the troubles because this could be a very nice place. With everything adding up, it just wasn’t worth paying to stay here.

The property was very nice. I feel the floor should have been cleaned a little better though. It was a little dirty. Otherwise, the experience was very clean and comfortable.

Crazy weekend

Bed was terrible, check in was at 4 but the room wasn’t cleaned ahead of time. We weren’t able to check in until 9pm. They did pay for dinner for us so that is why I’m not leaving 1 star.

temporary stay for my parents while buying a house.

Our family used to stay here all of the time. this time not so pleasant. closet door off hinges leaning against the wall. Elevators out 2 separate days. (and my older parents were on fourth floor). Water shut off one day without notice. hard to find employees /staff to help out.
