Great Beach House Vacation

Great house with all the amenities and beach paraphernalia you could want. The fact that you are right on the beach and don't have to cross any streets are what made this such a nice place. Additionally, the house was immaculately clean and well taken care of.

5 Stars – Our Favorite Flagler Beach House Yet!

We’ve stayed in several beach houses in Flagler over the years, and this one is hands down our favorite. It truly has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation—from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy beds and beach gear, it’s all been thought of.The location is absolutely ideal—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and those unforgettable Flagler sunrises (trust us, they’re worth waking up early for!). The small-town beach vibe here is so relaxing and fun, with great local spots just a short walk or drive away.A huge thank you to our host, William, who was fantastic to work with—friendly, easy to reach, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.If you’re looking for a dream beach getaway, this is the place. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Dog friendly

Fenced in yard with multiple gates to keep dogs safe. Lovely view of ocean from inside house. Close to restaurants and grocery. Clean and excellent repair.

Wonderful day and we will be back

Great time at this house. The location is perfect and right near Flagler, which is such a sweet town and the house is right on the beach. Very good for dogs as the gated area keeps you in but yet outside! We’ve been coming to Beverly Beach for many years and hope to be back to this house very soon. Everything was well appointed and the owner was very about making sure all is well.

Loved this tranquil beachfront home

We really enjoyed our time at this very clean, nicely decorated, and fully appointed beachfront home. It was amazing how we could just walk down our own little mini-boardwalk straight onto a nearly private dog-friendly beach. Our host Bill made us feel welcome and gave helpful guidance on fishing and the area. Highly recommend!

Private Paradise

Excellent location right on the beach. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped and quiet home with gorgeous views. Great restaurants within minutes. We had a wonderful week and can't wait to return.

Don't let this one slip away

This is an absolutely beautiful beach house oasis! The location is so perfect that you practially have your own private beach. The house has absolutley everything you would need for preparing your favorite meal. No worries if you forget your beach towels, they have plenty. The outdoor shower is wonderful It was a added bonus that we were able to park in the garage with use of the garage door opener remote. The communication with the owner before, during and after was great and so helpful. The best for last...the view is OVER THE TOP! The endless deck, sliding glass doors, private deck and staircase leading down to the beautiful Atlantic! The sunrises were amazing Don't let this one slip away....I will definetley be back. Perfect Dog Friendly Stay

The property is on a quiet part of the beach, we saw very few people the week we were there (more turtle nests than people). The way the houses sit, you don’t even know there are neighbors. It feels like your own private beach on an island. The view is the best! My favorite part were the chairs on the dune platform, I spent hours there just reading & relaxing! Our dogs are large and there was plenty of room for them. The house has everything you need to have a great time. We finished up our trip with building a fire in the firepit & roasting marshmallows on the last night. Bill the owner was amazing. He treats you like an old friend! We went fishing and caught some catfish, haven’t done that in years! The house is close to a few restaurants, we enjoyed the Java Joint for an affordable breakfast with a great view! We would book this house again!!

Absolutely amazing

We had the best stay! The house is wonderful and very clean. It truly had an abundance of towels, beach towels, kids beach toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas. You really don't need to bring any. The hone was perfect for us with two kids. It's close to everything. We visited Ormond beach with splash pad, a nearby park with a splash pad, ft metanza beach, and river to sea beach. All amazing and not very busy. Flagler Beach is a small Beach town. Most of the restaurants are directly on the beach providing lovely ocean views. It is a great place to visit. Don't hesitate to book.

Wonderful Experience

Perfect!

The location of this house can not be beat. Right on the beach! The house had everything we needed and more. From the well stocked kitchen, beach items, towels, everything! The owner was also great. Very responsive with questions and easy to contact. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Perfect Home for a Quiet Beach Trip!

We stayed from Monday through Saturday and were all so sad to pack up this morning! Our daughters and dog could not have been happier and everyone misses walking down the stairs to put our feet in the sand. This house has everything we needed for the week, and we always appreciate being able to bring our dog with us so the whole family can reconnect with her during the school year when they kids are away at college!

Great beach getaway

The house was very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. Owner was helpful in answering any questions and check in was very smooth. The house is RIGHT on the beach as advertised; water was probably 100' away. Beach was very private as we only saw a few people during our trip. Location was close to many great restaurants and a 40 minute drive to St. Augustine. We have 2 poodles and the house was set up just perfect for dogs as it had a dog run and gates on the deck so you could just let dogs out and not worry. The whole family loved the trip and we are already talking about going again in the future.

Directly on the beach

Some homes are listed that they are ‘Beachfront’ when they aren’t. This is directly on the beach. Loved it, great layout. Just wished our weather was better. Lots of wind, rain & overcast. Check the weather for the time of year. Other then that, it was awesome. 5 star Thank you Bill 👍

Beach Perfect View

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Everything you need for the beach. Floor plan was ideal. Owner is available to help and communicates to all guests. Didn’t need a thing, no worries trip! Highly recommend this rental.

This house honestly smelled just like home. Very clean kept property. Had every amenity needed.this house also included information on resturants that had Great food.It was so close to other areas of Florida, Would highly recommend staying here to others and looking forward to doing this again in the future. Perfect beach location

We were pleasantly surprised by the privacy this house has to offer. We had the beach to ourselves! The house is a short drive to the restaurants on Flagler Beach. We were able to bring our two small dogs. It is the perfect vacation home!

Amazing, Relaxing, Perfect Beach House

We had a great time. The house is right on top of the beach, all was clean, the rooms and bathrooms were nice. I loved the two chairs out in the back they were a perfect place for my husband and me to watch the ocean while having our morning coffee.
