Welcome to Triton Cay, a resort-style short-term rental experience. Our building has just finished construction. Rentals will be starting on February 1st, 2025.

Our beachfront pool is HEATED so it can be enjoyed all year long.

If you would like daily housekeeping, please send us a message and we will schedule. The cost for daily housekeeping is $75/day.

Our building has interior corridors throughout the property for your convenience.

We have photographed our model unit. Finishes and layouts will vary. Please pay attention to the listing title as it describes which type of view each unit has.

All one bedroom and two bedroom units have a queen sleeper sofa.

We manage 50 units in the building, so we can accommodate larger groups. Please reach out to us for details.

Things beyond host control

The unit, pool, and other facilities were clean and beautiful. The host was quick o respond and was on top of things. They even knew when vehicles were blocking the EV units for electric cars. The pool was refreshing and the view was spectacular. I would recommend getting curtains in the units that face the parking lot. It was so bright in the unit it was difficult to sleep. The gate going into the parking lot was broken so anyone could go in and out. We don’t know if this is normal or if there was a truck convention, but there were a ton of jacked up trucks with blaring music in and out of the parking garage. They left beer cans all over and partied in the garage with loud music. But we would recommend the stay. Very nice facilities.

Bike week

Property was great. There were a few issuses.Only 1 wash rag for showers. So we bought a couple. For a 7 day stay there a limited supplies for washer, dishwasher and toiletries. Would stay again, it's a new property and I'm sure those things will be ironed out by the staff as they get used to it.
