  • ¿Tiene un presupuesto como la mayoría de nosotros y está cansado de pagar $ 1,200 más por un alquiler semanal de condominios frente al mar? No busque más. Vamos a vencer a nuestros competidores y ofrecerle frente al mar por menos. Simplemente envíe un correo electrónico o llame y dénos sus datos.

    El condominio está en el octavo piso de un edificio de 8 pisos. Es un apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con capacidad para un máximo de 6 personas. Además, es como entrar en tu propia casa con sábanas y toallas y más. Solo necesita su cepillo de dientes, protector solar y traje de baño. La cocina tiene un refrigerador de tamaño completo, horno con estufa, lavaplatos, microondas y está totalmente equipada para preparar una comida o preparar un cóctel congelado. Incluso en vacaciones, es bueno tener una lavadora y secadora en el complejo. El condominio está decorado con buen gusto y te sientes como si estuvieras en la playa. Nos enorgullecemos de nuestro condominio, por lo que no permitimos fumar en nuestra unidad (incluido el balcón) y las mascotas están prohibidas por los inquilinos. El complejo cuenta con WIFI para que pueda navegar por la red.

    Nuestro gerente de alquiler es muy amable y le ayudará durante todo el proceso de alquiler y estará allí durante su estadía para ayudarlo con lo que necesite. El estacionamiento es gratuito y se permiten botes y motos de agua. Los jardines han sido recientemente renovados y hay un restaurante al lado para disfrutar de su comida en la playa. La propiedad tiene una piscina y tiene muchas sillas y sombrillas a la orilla del océano.

    Hay muchas cosas que hacer además de descansar en nuestras playas de arena blanca. Puede pescar en la costa o en alta mar, parapente en el Inlet o tomar clases de surf (solo por nombrar algunas). ¡No puedo olvidar a Mickey! Disney está a menos de 1 hora de distancia junto con Epcot, Universal Studios y el Centro Espacial Kennedy. Para todos los fanáticos de las carreras, el Daytona International Speedway está a solo 15 minutos. ¿Mencioné que tenemos los mejores restaurantes de mariscos causales en la ciudad? Nada es como comer un sándwich de pescado fresco frito con aros de cebolla caseros mientras disfruta de la brisa del río. Además, si necesita una niñera, podemos proporcionarle eso también.

The property was actually better than what is shown in the photos. Ease to the beach, parking and the staff on site was all amazing. The property owner was incredibly prompt with a few questions we hhad.had. we were so impressed we will keep this property in mind for next year!

We enjoyed our stay. Love New Smyrna Beach and what it has to offer. The view was amazing. Enjoyed my coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful ocean and watching the beach come to life with all the beachcombers. Everything at Ociana was very friendly and willing to help with anything that you asked of them.

Was never notified of unit number or code to get in. Host did not return my call or text for awhile so I was waiting in the parking lot with groceries and melting ice watching tow company tow cars. Did not get parking pass until next day so had to park off site on busy holiday weekend. Broken toilet never repaired during the stay. Guest had to leave site to use restroom if other toilet was occupied. Will never use this host again.

This is my 3rd stay at Oceana and this unit was disappointing. The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible. The mattress in the sofa sleeper was like sleeping directly on springs. The toilets did not flush well. There was only one key, so we left it in the combination lock box which we had to access every time we came in. A realtor unexpectedly came to show this unit during our stay. We couldn't get the tv remote in the living room area to work properly. On a positive note, the location and view are great, but I would not select.this unit on my next visit. Quite pricey for a 7 night stay considering the overall quality.

Great vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect! We can walk to Flaglar Ave to all the shops and restaurants. We did have a small issue with the 2nd toilet not working, but Melynda was fantastic in getting our issue resolved! We would stay here again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was in walking distance. The view was great. My family was able to see the sunrise every morning from the balcony. Easy access to the beach for the kids. It was a great condo. We will be back again. Thank you!

The property had everything needed for my stay. A bit outdated, but all worked as needed. The host was very accessable and addressed any questions i had. The price was right and reflected the condition of the property.

Great Property

The unit is in a great neighborhood, right on the beach and within easy walking distance of Flagler Street and its many restaurants. The unit is spacious with more than enough room for my family of four adults. The check-in process was very easy and the unit owner was very responsive to our questions.

Great location

If you, like me, want to park and walk then this is your place. If you care more about WHERE you stay instead of how you stay, this is a great place. PLEASE get rid of the chair, it is flat out gross.

Great location. Wonderful stay

The location could not be beat. We loved the closeness to Flagler Ave and the view of the ocean was perfect! We had great communication from the host when a slight problem arise. It was dealt with very quickly and professionally. The space was clean and well-appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this perfect family vacation location

The owner was quick to reply with any concerns and even gave pointers on things to do and water safety which is never not needed for out of towners ❤️
