Escape to the vacation of your dreams and enjoy fantastic views from the wrap around balcony in this beautifully appointed luxury 12th floor condo! Located directly on the famous Daytona Beach.
The unit has southern exposure to view Ponce Inlet
Lighthouse, Daytona Pier, and you could spot a rocket launch Kennedy Space Center. One hour from Orlando and Port Canaveral.
Perfectly suited for one family or two or a group of friends!
Sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Balcony access from every room! Located direct oceanfront in the secure Horizons luxury condo complex you have access to all the amenities including underground parking for one car and additional parking above, large oceanfront pool, sauna with shower, well equipped gym, BBQ area with tables and grills, and gated beachfront area, beach access one block away!
TVs and cable in each room, free Wi-Fi, outdoor seating on balcony, and well equipped kitchen. Just bring your clothes!
Horizons Condo Complex is in the perfect area with everything you might need only blocks away such as restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and of course Daytona Speedway is only a 15 minute drive.
Master Suite - Large room with 2 queen sized beds, TV with cable, private full bath with separate vanity, sliding door to the expansive balcony, large closet and dresser space

Guest Bedroom - Large room with 1 queen size bed and 1 full size bed, TV with cable, large closet and dresser space, sliding door to expansive balcony.

Living room/Dining room - Large space to enjoy family and friends with ample comfortable seating, dining table, TV with cable, equipped with plenty of games to play with the family after a day at the beach. Enjoy the view through the wall of windows with a slider for direct balcony access.

Kitchen - Newly renovated and equipped with toaster, Keurig, blender, microwave, full stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, dishes, all utensils, bowls, cookware, bakeware and everything else you would need to feel at home!

Wrap around balcony - Lots of seating and a dining table for al fresco eating. Walkway to the beach and outdoor shower for when you return.
Washer and dryer on the 12th floor, coin operated, Hotel style bedding and linens provided. Beach chairs and beach toys provided.
Must be 25 to rent. No smoking or candles permitted.

***Please note that there is balcony construction currently ongoing on the building and you may hear construction noise between 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday -
Friday.***

Awesome!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The views were amazing. Very clean & spacious. It was our first experience staying in Daytona Beach.Our only issue was construction on the balcony, which is out of the property managers hands, as it was very noisy & wasnt able to use the balcony while they were working. We made the best out of it anyway. Contacted Dominic did credit us back some due to the inconvenience, which was very nice. Will book this place again next time we visit Daytona Beach!!

Bike Week Get Away!

Our stay was great, the condo's location is very centrally located. Restaurants, stores, and the beach just footsteps away. The condo faces the ocean and the view was very nice. We will definitely stay again!

Lovely sunrise & sunset

The condo is fully equipped with everything you could need for a great vacation. There is underground parking for your safty and it keeps you sheltered from the rain. Thank you for the use of the boogie boards, sand chairs and sand toys! The 12th floor view is breathless. We spent many evenings and early coffee time on the balcony. The bedding is very comfortable and clean. Thank you for the start-up paper products and hand soaps at all of the sinks. We hope to come back another time.

4th of July

Great location and property. I would consider this the quiet part of Daytona. 2 miles from the pier/boardwalk where the fireworks are shot from. We were able to watch the display from the balcony, which we could see multiple firework shows. Views from the balcony were outstanding being right on the beach! You can hear the waves from the bedroom. Condo is larger in person, pictures don't do it justice. Well stocked and clean! Dominic was quick to respond to my messages. We will for sure be staying here again; party of 7 with 4 adults and 3 kids.

Amazing view!

Thank you for everything. Communication was great with the hosts. Just a little noise because of the construction. Bed was very comfortable I sleep like a baby lol. The views from the balcony were fantastic! My family had a great time on the beach. Thanks again for a awesome place to stay.💕

short and sweet

very old building but the condo is very nice, clean and the view was spectacular. just be mine full of the much-needed building construction, even on a high floor you will hear them from early morning 8am to approx. 4pm. you will get used to it after a while if you in the condo doing the day. I'm not a morning person so i could have done without. but overall, I truly enjoyed my stay.

Very Nice condo. Beautiful views especially at night at full moon. Condo was super clean with all essentials for your stay. Ur right on the ocean!!! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dominic!!! Oh this building was in the movie Days of Thunder starring Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman 😊
