Location was great. However we were disappointed when we walked in and found this is a studio apartment even though it was advertised as one bedroom. The bed is a Murphy bed, which is mot what we expected. The worst part though was that the towels and washcloths we were to use was dirty and stained. Also we were told to go to the office to get a temporary parking pass but there was nobody in the office. We were finally able to track down the maintenance man two days after arrival to get our pass. We will not stay at this place again.

Great stay

This is our second time staying at this property and again we had a great visit. The unit was perfect. The Murphy bed allows for more room during the day. The pool area is awesome and it is a few steps down to the beach. Highly recommend

Super Cute Condo

This condo was perfect for my husband and me looking for a weekend getaway. It's small, but the space it utilized thoughtfully. Everything you need is right there! 2 pools are right downstairs and the ocean is on the other side of the pools. Perfect! We liked that it was away from the boardwalk and crowds. Quiet, but easy to get to everything. We would definitely recommend this condo!!

Perfect vacation property

Booking and communicating with Rich was easy with no problems. This property is right on the beach. The condo was very clean and accommodating and exactly as advertised. Everything we needed to enjoy our trip (beach chairs, dishes, eberything needed for cooking was provided. Great location with great view. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

The condo was perfect for my husband and I This was our first trip to Florida and we absolutely loved it! The weather was beautiful and the condo was amazing Great location , beautifully decorated And don’t let that hideaway bed fool you it’s comfy but most of all the Loveseat was my favorite it’s not often you find a electric reclining sofa Thanks Rich The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the supply of toiletries and linenes were perfect! He even has 2 beach chairs and beach towels for you (next time we know not to bring those ) If your looking for a great spot definitely stay here We will be back

Awesome place

We love this property. It has everything you need plus extras. The pool area is awesome and the beach is just a few steps from the pool. We spent lots of time in the balcony enjoying the view. Rich was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Simple, stocked, clean, close to everything

This condo was clean, well stocked with so many supplies that weren’t expected, and had extras like beach chairs, bag, umbrella, and towel, though we only used the beach chairs, it was nice to have these items around. Great location, view of beach/ocean from front and back doors, 1 minute walk to either pool, and 30 second walk to beach from pool. The condo building seems to be geared toward calm family vacationing and with more older adults, which was perfect for myself and 11 year old son, no worries of “inappropriate” behavior I may not want to be around while having a family vacation. Would definitely visit this building and condo again! Thanks for the nice stay.

Absolutely wonderful’

I stayed here with my fiancé, and it was so amazing! The condo was clean and I loved the beach theme! Beach chairs and a umbrella were provided which was great! The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful too especially at sunrise. The location was so convenient and awesome, right on the beach! We could walk there from the pool area and it took 2 minutes! Not far from restaurants or boardwalk and pier! We will definitely be going back! I recommend this to anyone trying to have a nice little getaway with their partner!

July 4th Beach Getaway

Rich was great to work with, was very attentive, and made sure our check-in process was seamless. Parking was easy and close. The condo was clean, updated, cozy, beachy, and had everything to make our stay perfect! The bed was very comfortable. There is a view of the ocean from the cute balcony. We could walk right out to the pool and beach anytime we wanted. The facilities are very clean and nice. We enjoyed walking down the beach to the Daytona Beach Pier area daily and found great shops and restaurants, including Sloppy Joe’s and Crabby’s. If you have the time, take a 30 minute drive to The Garlic restaurant in New Smyrna Beach…very unique place with GREAT food and wine! We will be back! We highly recommend this condo! Thank you Rich and Pat for being great hosts!

Perfect Getaway

My partner and I had an amazing week staying here. It was super clean upon arrival and looked exactly like the pictures. Everyone we encountered in the building was very friendly and sweet, making us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was amazing to be able to walk out on to the beach whenever we pleased! Also the area of the beach was never too crowded. It truly was the perfect place to relax. We could have not imagined a better place to stay!
