Condo was immaculate both inside and around beautiful pool(s) area. We found guests and workers alike to be extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Beach access was easy, with plenty of room for everyone. Location was convenient in either direction. Definitely hope to return for a longer visit. I have been coming to NSB for many years, and this is one of my top two spots!

Everything was wonderful! Property was clean and had all expected amenities. Checking in was a breeze and Friz helped so much in getting us in sooner. The view from the condo was absolutely beautiful. Space was updated and so wonderful.

It was exactly what I was expecting!! The oceanfront view was spectacular and this will be my “Go to Place” for now on when I want to relax and detach from the world!

Mother’s Day Getaway

We had a beautiful stay with my mother and sister. The Condo was very clean the view is spectacular! The host was very helpful answering any questions. The area is also extremely clean. So many great restaurants!We are planning another trip with our granddaughters soon.

Perfect location

I have a fondness of NSB and this property was perfect. Quiet beach with easy access and close to favorite restaurants. We will be back!

Love that this part of New Smyrna Beach is non-drivable. Lots of families with little ones running back and forth. You don't have to worry about dodging cars. The condo is well laid out. Good size for about 4 people. Kitchen well equipped. Keurig coffee maker is provided. We don't like k-cups so we bought a Mr. Coffee machine for the few day stay. They have two large pools which were never really crowded. Water temperature was 80 degrees in the ocean. You could see the bottom and very little seaweed. It was so refreshing. OK now I want to go back. Lots of good restaurants within a few miles. Great communication with Florida Vacay Rentals. Will use them again.

Spring BreaK

The property was very nice and the view was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of towels, beds were comfortable and location was convenient to many fabulous restaurants. Only downfall (out of the owners control) was the construction and unsightly view of construction equipment at the end of the pool all week. Thank you for letting us stay and our family made many wonderful memories.

Beautiful view

Very clean and well decorated. The pictures didn’t show curb in shower, which made shower access difficult for my wife who is in a wheelchair! But we managed and enjoyed yourselves! Next time we will book directly with Floridavacay rental so we can find a more accessible place!

Warm Cozy and Fantastic View

We loved this property! The place was clean and all in order. You Cannot beat the view! Nice big veranda overlooking ocean with rocking chairs and coffee table. Large living area with nice couch and recliner chair! Very comfortable master bedroom. Easy walk down to beach and pool! Would buy this if we could!

Very Clean Nice Property

We were very happy with cleanliness and the supplies in the condo. Beds extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was unlocking and locking condo door. The door needs to be worked on. Overall an excellent complex. ****

Beautiful and so relaxing

Our unit had to be changed because of hurricane issues. Florida Vacay made it seem less! The unit 306 was beautiful. It was well stocked the supply of start up was more than ample. The views are so awesome. Everything was spotless! When we had to reach out to Florida Vacay they were so kind, and always spoke to us with such joy and kindness in their tone. So hard to find these days. We would love to rent from them again and always for our yearly visit to beautiful NSB!!

Great 28 Day Stay

Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Host arranged for us to get in the unit early. When we arrived unit was spotless and well equipped. Complex is older but is well maintained. The unit looked freshly painted and beds, furniture, and appliances were all very nice FLVACAY continued to check with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was OK. Week one we had an issue with the tv. Called host and TV was replaced in one hour . Big thanks to John and Ashley at FLVACAY. Would definitely rent this unit again and will use FLVACAY on our next beach trip. Great place with great service.
