    Alojamiento: Casa de 4 habitaciones, 3 baños, 2 cocinas, 2 lavanderías, un gran comedor, una gran sala de estar cada una con un sofá cama (cada una para 2 personas) y un estudio total de 2600 pies cuadrados.

    La casa fue completamente renovada en 2011 y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos muebles / tv nuevos. Piso completamente embaldosado, excepto las habitaciones donde tenemos piso de madera.
    Internet de alta velocidad gratis,
    5 TV con DVD y sistema de CD / radio. La casa tiene un patio cercado con 2 puertas corredizas en el frente rodeadas de la elegante cerca de hierro. Se puede acceder al camino pavimentado de círculo de gran tamaño a través de las 2 puertas. Hay un gran patio cementado detrás de la casa y también hay un gran patio trasero. Cocine en las parrillas de barbacoa y disfrute de una copa de vino o una cerveza fría mientras sus hijos corren y juegan en el patio trasero o en el arenero. Esta casa está ubicada en un vecindario muy tranquilo y pacífico donde usted y su familia y amigos estarán cómodos y seguros. Hay mucho estacionamiento dentro de la gran propiedad cercada. La casa ofrece todo lo que necesita: ropa de cama, toallas, cocina totalmente equipada, todo lo que necesita para la playa y extras.

Location was an ez walk across street to Beach. Secure and safe. The house was very clean and well maintained. “ Margarita” our host, met with us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know about the house, location, and operations. We wanted to be near friends in Condo rentals nearby but we chose to abandon the Condo thing due to parking, difficult check-ins/outs, etc…. Thanks to Margarita and VRBO. Coming back soon.

Great location and quiet area

Had a great stay at this home! Great location near the beach and restaurants. Owners were very accommodating - offering beach chairs, grilling and sunny location. Home has everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. Would absolutely stay again!

Perfect family stay!

We loved that the unit had a yard our kids could play in, that there was a washer and dryer in the house and a gated yard! We would definitely stay here again!

Graduation vacation

We loved our stay and hope to visit again. Very clean and nice home. Kitchen was well stocked. The yard was also beautiful and loved the front porch swing. The host is very kind and thoughtful.

Perfect spot

This home was a great spot for us. The homeowner resides on the property and was very responsive to every request and question. The location is perfect with walking to the beach and great places nearby. I hope to return and do even more exploring.

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay! We flew in, so it was really nice that the house had all the extras you need! We loved the large, private outside space also! Very close to the beach, all the shopping you need & several places to eat. Would definitely stay again if we plan another Daytona trip!

This stay was an excellent stay! The host went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! She check on us every day to make sure we didn’t need anything! The house is just like the picture! Great location couple of steps to the beach! I will definitely stay again!

Nice location

There was six adults in our party, house was very clean and roomy. Plenty of parking we had 2 trucks and 2 trailers and 3 bikes. We really enjoyed our stay there and would stay there again if possible.

This was a beautiful property, inside and out. Spacious and clean interior with all that you might need. Outside was beautifully landscaped and pretty. Walking distance to the beach. The owner responded quickly when we needed anything. We would stay again.

Everything was amazing with this property. Everything was as described and we had everything we needed and more. The location was amazing and perfect for our commute to Daytona Speedway and also for our relaxing downtime. I wish that we had stayed here the last few times in Daytona. The owner had great communication. Will for sure stay here again!!!

Amazing

This was one of the best vacations my family has had. The house was amazing. Right across from the beach. The host was wonderful could not have ask for anything better. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be going back again next year.

Great House

House is just as described. Lots of room, beautiful yard, property is gated. Fantastic location and close to almost anything you may need. Very short walk across the road to get to the beach. Owner lives near by and was very easy to work with and very accommodating with check-in.We will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental. It didnt take long after arriving to know i made the right choice. The location and layout of the property (inside & out) was perfect. The home was comfortable and provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring all Daytona and Port Orange has to offer. Margareta was welcoming and made check-in a breeze, answering all of my questions and ensuring we felt right at home. Will return again!

Clean & cozy

Home was clean and in a great location. Had no problems with check in, a few minor maintenance on the gate needed and would have been nice to have a little more bedding available but overall our stay was good. Would recommend.
