No hot water in the moring. Hotel is not staffed after hours. No staff at the hotel at 7:30AM on day of departure. No coffee or breakfast.

I'm an entertainer with the band Floyd Live and have stayed at this hotel many times. Staff is always friendly, grounds are always clean and the rooms are always neat, tidy and comfortable. The noon checkout is very accommodating as we are always late night arrivers.
