Our bedroom was clean, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. The communal breakfast was a highlight, with tea and coffee, a choice of cereals, homemade mini pancakes, fresh bread and delicious homemade jams.

"The rudest woman in the world met us on arrival, after the entry instructions included needing to phone a French number. Our Australian phones were unable to do this so this step caused a problem.
Inside, our room was basic with paper cups wrapped in plastic, smokers seated under our window chatting a lot and noise transferred from other rooms."
