    Desde esta hermosa y práctica casa, camine hasta Hike / Bike / Ski / Board ... tome los ascensores hasta Timberline Mtns. para caminar por las monta��������as, caer en Dolly Sods! Timberline / Salamander está al lado !! Desde nuestra puerta principal, 2 millas de felicidad hasta la cima y enlace a ¡MUCHOS MÁS CAMINOS! Traiga su propio o alquilar bicicletas al lado. Relájese en dos grandes porches con sombra, la casa está escondida en un lote con sombra, vistas de las montañas VERDES, un pequeño riachuelo en la parte posterior, disfrute de la brisa fresca o un poco de sol en el frente, relájese en la bañera de hidromasaje o alójese en Siéntete como si estuvieras afuera con enormes ventanas de piso a techo. Tenemos aire acondicionado pero tenemos las mejores ventanas de la montaña! Pantallas, enormes! Grandes brisas cruzadas, frescas noches de montaña, hermosos cielos.



    Ciclismo de montaña en su puerta! Esquí / Ride in / out fácilmente. ¡Grandes actividades de primavera y verano, hojas de otoño asomando! Kayak, canoa, pesca / pesca con mosca, caza, senderismo, escalada, golf / piscina / tenis / gimnasio en Canaan Mt. Resort, a minutos de White Grass / XC, Dolly Sods, Blackwater Falls. Nadar en arroyos / ríos / pozos de agua o ir a la gran piscina al aire libre del Valle de Canaán. En el invierno, además de XC, esquí, snowboard es patinaje sobre hielo en un jacuzzi en la casa. ¡Algo para cada temporada! Excelente hogar de cedro con ventanas enormes y todos los extras. ¡Esta casa es perfecta para reuniones familiares y viajes en grupo!



    La casa tiene 6 habitaciones y duerme 16, con un diseño que permite la privacidad. El piso superior tiene 3 dormitorios que incluyen una suite principal con una gran bañera de hidromasaje y una terraza privada, el piso principal tiene una segunda suite principal, también con una gran bañera de hidromasaje, acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje y otra gran cubierta parcialmente cubierta, con el quinto dormitorio ( con cama King) y un sexto dormitorio (con una cama Queen) en el nivel inferior / área de habitación de recreación.  Aquí también encontrarás un pequeño sofá cama también.

    También hay una sala de masajes. ¿Sabía que hay varios terapeutas de masajes que viajan tanto en Timberline como en Canaan Valley y Davis?



    La cocina es enorme y se abre a un área de comedor con una mesa grande y asientos adicionales en la barra, para que 16 personas puedan sentarse fácilmente. La sala de estar es muy abierta con muchas ventanas enormes para que todos puedan reunirse para pasar el rato o mirar t. v. La sala de grabación tiene una mesa de billar junto con un bar hecho a mano. Puede caminar a las pistas para ir en bicicleta, esquiar, andar, caminar. Timberline ofrece una variedad de actividades de verano y Davis, Thomas y Canaan Valley ofrecen excelente comida y entretenimiento durante todo el año. Siempre hay algo que hacer. ¡Escape del calor en el verano y disfrute de la mejor nieve en el Atlántico medio!

Christmas in the Mountains

Three generations had a wonderful time skiing and celebrating Christmas in the mountains. Spacious lodging and dining for the whole crew!

Just perfect

Great property and fantastic location. We've been going to Timberline for almost 30 years. This is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The only downside this year was no bras and bean necklaces on the trees around the lifts.

Nice home

Overall it was very nice. The few issues were, jetted tubs did not work, toilet clogged easily, tubs and hot tub needed better cleaning around spout areas, quit a few minor damages that should be easy fixes but wasn't done. My home might be like this butBut it was nice to have family all in one place.

Cabin was very spacious.Half the stairway going downstairs does not have hand rail. A real safety issue!

Huck's place review

Property very nice. Very large house. The pool table needs replaced. We could not use it. The hot tub needs a good cleaning and a lot of chlorine. It was okay for the first two days. Over all we had a great time. I wish there was another refrigerator in the house on the lower level. It would be very useful for the guests.

Huck’s Place

Overall fine, 1) the broken handle to unlock on the main entrance door was a constant irritation (& this was noted before and not yet repaired) 2) there is no railing for 2/3rds of the stairway going to the lower level and unsafe.3) The shower/tub in the master suite is also unsafe, slippery, and the wrap around original curtain was broken with major tusk of falling getting in and out.

Lots of room to roam.

The best part about this property is that it is huge - which is why we chose it. There were only 8 of us, but we like our space. The hot tub was also excellent. Be sure to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags as you will not find enough at the property. Depending on what others have left behind, you might also need dish-washing liquid and hand soap. The do leave small bar soap in each bathroom and there was a full supply of detergent packs for the dishwasher and clothes detergent. You go through Timberline resort property to get to the cabin and according to some locals, that resort may be permanently closed, which means you have tons of quiet and privacy. This is a great place for large families.

Great place with lots of space

We were a mixed group of 3 generations from different countries, all with different interests. The house was perfect for everyone to find their own space, but also to hang out together and have our meals together. The kitchen and bedrooms were well equipped and the house was clean. The kids and grown ups really loved the hot tub and the pool table. One thing we weren't happy with was that the fire alarm went off for no reason in the middle of the night the first night of our stay. We were unable to turn it off and we were all very upset. The emergency number went to a call centre and we didn't get any help until Matt got in touch via text message. I hope this won't happen again.

Family Vacation

PROS: This property is in a nice location if your wanting to go sightseeing to various areas of WV. We had 14 people in our party and this house was large enough to accommodate all. Having a washer and dryer was great. We did not have very good weather ( rainy and cool) but made of the best of it. CONS: The trash drop off was a nuisance. There needs to be a dumpster closer to the location. The deck is very slippery when wet. While the spa tubs are nice, there needs to be a regular tub shower combo or just a single shower on the main floor. My elderly mother in law had a very difficult time climbing over the large whirlpool tub to shower nightly. And the stairs to downstairs shower did not have a hand rail making it hard to get her to the walk in shower.

Don’t know that we will stay in this particular rental again.

Don’t know that we will stay in this particular rental again. We stayed there in 2017 for our Christmas get together, and,can see that it had gone downhill from then until our stay this year. It could use some TLC. Ladies all very nice, especially Becky.
