Your drive to Disney is approximately 20 minutes and to most of the attractions that Orlando has to offer. Set in a peaceful location within a wooded conservation area, shopping is on your doorstep with the newly opened Posner Park Retail Outlet. With exceptionally easy access to both the I-4 and the 192 you can reach many of the beaches Florida area has to offer with Busch Gardens & Tampa just over an hour way. It was perfect if you have kids, not too hot. My kids enjoyed going back and forth. The place was clean and smelled good. My children felt safe in a quiet calm area still close to shops.

Easy in and out. There was Tp, wash clothes and hand towels, beautiful pool and hot tub, pool towels too. Just great. Only 1 suggestion would be pool beach balls just to hit back in forth. That’s it. I would stay here again if I where to come back to Davenport

Peaceful Oasis

This home is a gem. Great neighborhood, beautiful home, comfortable bed.Pool was wonderful along with the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving plates bowls and silverware.

Oasis

The property was lovely. I did notice mildew in the shower of the first master suite upon entry into the home. Also, there were a few ants inside the home. I would still recommend this property. The Oasis prope3ia true to its name sake.

Surprised at the Good Communication Review with Host

The communication with the host (Frank) was terrible. I would have to copy and paste my message more than once then I would finally get a reply days later. Even once I was texting him on his cell, communication was poor. Our fridge went out the day after we arrived (Sunday) and he was not responding to my messages until I contacted VRBO and then they got involved. I left voicemails and texts. He did not have a plan set up for replacement or repair and told me, “I am surprised it’s not working” I thought, have you never had a fridge go out? Finally a repair man was sent on Monday afternoon who said they couldn’t fix it until Thursday. Then another repair company was sent on Tuesday and they finally fixed it. VRBO asked if I had requested a refund. I told them I would after arriving home. I have now been contacting him since Sunday and each day I copy and paste the same message and he still has not responded and it is now Wednesday, so now I have to contact VRBO again. I have stayed in many many VRBOs and this host/manager is the worst I have had, by a mile. We spent several hundred dollars having to buy coolers and ice a couple times a day to keep our food from spoiling. We also had breastmilk in the freezer for the baby and had to ask a neighbor if we could put it in the freezer so we didn’t lose it.Even though the property was clean and in a good neighborhood, I do not recommend staying here.

Booked this since it was not far from a lot of what we wanted to do. House was very clean, stocked with what we needed and in a very nice neighborhood. Property manager was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Family vacation

The property was lovely, just ask pictured. Traveled with my husband, 3 kids and my dad. Half hour drive to Disney and 40 minutes to universal studios from the property. It was nice to have a quiet and safe place to rest and relax. The kids loved the private pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Very

Very clean. Nice size pool. Really appreciate the railing for the hot tub. It makes it nice for those of us with mobility issues. The house is also very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I would love to rent this houseagain next year.

House was roomy, bright, comfortable, and safe, in a quiet neighborhood. Several notes taped up inside the house with directions for Wi-Fi, lack of garage access, moving of furniture, etc.

Great!

This property was cozy, spacious and clean. Cleanliness is very important as we are traveling with children. Kids loved the pool. Hot tub was great. There is a playground, and pickleball/tennis court which the kids enjoyed. Cooking seasonings and kitchen amenities were plenty. Check in was a breeze. We would book this place again!

Beautiful home, super clean, great quiet neighborhood (which is a blessing after a long day in Disney) and a great heated pool and spa to relax in afterwards. A wonderful home and location

This is what you expect when you rent a home! Very clean, well appointed. A lovely place that you would be comfortable staying either short or long term. Furniture was in great condition and the beds were great. I would definitely come back!

But a whole lot sunnier! This is a beautiful home -comfortable, functional and spacious. The neighbourhood is quiet, well maintained and safe. Morning walks are a pleasure. Florida sunshine was a treat for a couple of winter-weary Canadians.
