This spacious, family-friendly home awaits with everything you'll need for the perfect vacation! This home has plenty of space to spread out and relax! There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a fun-filled game room, and a furnished lanai. The private pool, offering views of adjacent conservation lands, is ready and waiting for spending days in the famous Florida sunshine. A huge selection of restaurants is within a short drive and for the shoppers, they will be delighted with the many designer outlets and shopping malls some of which are just minutes away. Golfers will be spoiled when it comes to choosing a course as there are multiple courses to choose from all within 10 miles of the home, many are world-renowned. With Disney World a short 11 miles from the front door, this spot offers privacy and relaxation all while being close to all of the action!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
