  • Beautifully maintained family oriented 4 bedroom, 4 bath home located in the fabulous resort style gated community of Watersong.

    This home away from home is perfect for rest and relaxation. Situated on a corner lot with no rear neighbors, overlooking a conservation area. Beautifully paved lanai with smart tv and enclosed heated pool and spa are just where you want to be !

    This up to date home features 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms. First floor bedroom features Queen bed and TV. 3 additional bedrooms on 2nd floor: Queen with TV, full and twin with tv , pyramind bunk with full and twin in final bedroom. A loveseat has also been added to the upstairs queen for additional seating.

    This home features all the luxuries of home to include fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Family board games, air hockey table, Golden Tee golf, pool toys, pack and play, stroller and high chair. Easy highway access and close to Orlando, this property is sure to suit all your needs.

    Watersong resort features a large community pool, kids playground, clubhouse and fitness center and is only a short distance from Orlando attractions and Orlando MCO and Sanford Airports. Located in Central Florida, most beaches are an easy drive of 1.5 hours away.

Our family vacation was great. The place had everything needed for our 5 nights. Pool was great. Couldn't get the jacuzzi hot but it was fine. During the day, plenty of space for everyone. Thos host was great. Thanks again

Amazing property!

This place was amazing! We’ve stayed at many properties in the past and this one was by far the cleanest. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Upon our arrival there was dish soap, hand soap, a few laundry pods and garbage bags, which was an added bonus. The pool area was by far the best. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This house was just what we needed for our 8-night trip from the Adirondacks. Check-in was easy, and the community seemed friendly and safe. The house was clean and very welcoming when we arrived. All the extras in the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry was a nice bonus. The smart televisions and the sound system worked great and was nice to have. While we were not out exploring, we spent a lot of time in the lanai and in the pool. Even being right near the road with a sidewalk, the pool and spa felt private. Appliances in the kitchen were well stocked - we ate many meals there. Enjoyed reading the instructions on the walls - loved the humor - did not need to bother the host while we were there because everything was posted clearly. If we return to this area, we would try to book this place again.

Where do I begin? This House in Watersong was perfection. Ive been traveling to Florida a few times a year for many years and this house is in the top two!! First of all, Location was great. Not too far from Publix or restaurants. It is man gated which is important to our family for a bit of extra security. Im one to enjoy a crowd for a little while, but then want to come home to a quiet place to be away for all the bustle. This house was quiet and just a 1/4 mile walk to the clubhouse for anyone to play pool, workout, or use the pool in the development. The Pool and the Spa worked well! Im excited to say that because most of the houses we stayed at with pool and spa connected, Never works right. Either one is too cold, or it just doesnt turn on. The pool and spa at Watersong, worked perfectly; alternating the heating units from one to the other worked well without any issues. we also enjoyed having that extra seating space under the canopy. It was so nice to sit outside (even in the rain, and not get wet) to eat breakfast, Lunch, or dinner. The rooms in the house were spacious and we were provided with plenty of storage space to place our things. Love the Master shower, by the way! Very roomy. All appliances worked well and we had enough cups, dishes, and silverware to use for our size of family. To Top it all off, we had a blast playing Golden Tea on the big screen. So Cool! This house does NOT disappoint. Casey, thanks again for constant communication with us. We appreciated the info you sent on any updates with activities going on in the area. We had so much fun. WE would like to visit again soon. Take care.

We want to truly thank you for an amazing experience with renting this property. If it was more stars available, I would certainly give them. The house was very clean, the beds slept amazing, fully stocked kitchen and appliances and we really enjoyed the pool area. Would most definitely rent this house again. Thank you.

Fantastic stay

We could not have been more pleased with our stay in this wonderful house. The kids were in the pool and hottub whenever we did not have other activities and the rooms/beds offered a very comfortable place to relax and rest during the busy week. Will look to stay again on a repeat trip, great place!

Beautiful Home - Awesome Pool and Hot Tub

We spent a week just chilling at this home. Most of our time swimming. Spacious home and the en-suite bathrooms worked out perfectly for my kids.

Great choice for families

So many great things to say about this house! We have been renting in the Orlando area for over 15 years, too many places to count. Each time, we have typically cleaned for 1-2 hours after arriving. (Yes, we are beyond picky!) This is the first place we have rented where we didn’t clean a single thing...literally perfect! We traveled with 2 parents with some mobility issues, they loved the first-floor suite. The upstairs was great for us and our 3 kids. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom and that there were tons of different bed pillows to find the perfect fit. The pool was also spotless with not even a tile out of place. The spa actually got hot when turned on and the pool was a good temp for our early April stay. The pool faces an ideal direction for sun all day and felt private. We used the pool area TV and Sonos everyday, although the Sonos app could be a little tricky. The kitchen was well equipped with everything in good condition, including the pots, pans, and small appliances. The large appliances are like new and work well. Signs and instructions are great and we enjoyed the sense of humor; these hosts clearly care about their guests. If we had to suggest one thing, more beach towels would be helpful. Overall, a great layout for a vacation home in an outstanding neighborhood. We hope that it is available for our next trip to the area!

Beautiful Home, Awesome Owners

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was very clean and the photos do it no justice. Casey, the owner, communicated with me throughout the weeks leading up to the dates we checked in and was quick to respond when I had questions. We had an issue with the property but the quick response and care that Casey had for the situation caused us feel a bit better about it. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting the area.

Exactly as pictured!!!

This home is in a beautiful, secure neighborhood. The house is meticulously clean and in excellent condition. We enjoyed sitting poolside every day and the hot tub is amazing! The kitchen is adequate, and appliances are high end. Bedrooms are beautiful with very comfortable mattresses and well thought out bathrooms. An exceptional find that will not disappoint!

Clean, beautiful, and comfortable

We arrived very late at night and felt very safe in the gated community so late at night. The house was very clean and bigger than I expected. The outdoor space is amazing and we also enjoyed the wireless speaker system that allowed us to play different music in the family room, lanai, and game room. We wish we had more time to enjoy everything this house had to offer. We would love to rent again when we return to the Orlando area.

Fabulous House

This house was exactly as advertised. It was super clean and the owner was very quick to respond. Having four bedrooms and four bathrooms was so nice - room to spread out & get ready. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we spent most days poolside. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. It was a great location for visiting Disney as well.
