Conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, it is beautifully decorated throughout with recently updated fixtures and furnishings, including a gorgeous gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy the beach boardwalk and pools (heated and non-heated). Your private, covered patio opens out to the pool area, so you can make the most of the year-round pleasant weather.

You're only a short drive from all the history at Fort Gaines, and an easy boat ride from Fort Morgan. Local bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the condo. Isle Dauphine Golf Course is just over a mile away.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved our stay here! The location couldn’t be more convenient — the condo was spotless and ready for us to move right in. The pool is right outside the back patio, and there’s even a private gate for direct access, which made it so easy to enjoy. From the back door, you can take a short walk to the pier, and the beach is only about 150 yards away — perfect for morning walks or sunset views.We also highly recommend checking out Pirates Pizza and Wings right across the street — their sweet tea and pizza are amazing! And don’t miss Lighthouse Bakery — hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had.We’ll definitely stay here again

Property condition, facilities and amenities were excellent, as advertised. Property was very clean and appeared to be recently updated. Direct access to pool from this ground level property was a nice bonus. We would absolutely reserve and use this property again.

Beach condo getaway

This condo was perfect! Nicely decorated and furnished with all the necessities! We loved that the unit was on the ground level and we could walk straight out to the pool or head to the beach! We would recommend this unit for sure!
