Easy Breezy: Pet-Friendly Beachfront Home with Pool

This stunning two-story, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home offers a private, heated pool and its own sandy beach, providing the perfect balance of relaxation, space, and coastal charm. Step inside to a spacious open-concept living area featuring new hardwood floors and granite countertops in the fully equipped kitchen. Large windows fill the home with natural light, offering breathtaking beachfront views of the Sound from the living room, dining area, kitchen, back deck, and pool. The inviting living space provides the perfect setting for family gatherings or a quiet evening in, all while enjoying the coastal breeze. Cozy, stylish furnishings throughout the home make every room feel like a retreat.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:
• Downstairs Master Suite: King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, sliding glass doors opening onto the back deck, and an oversized private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
• Upstairs Bunk Room: King-sized bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, flat-screen TV, oversized bath, and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the Sound. This room also features a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for families.
• Third Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV.
• Loft Area: Fouton with trundle and access to a private deck with Gulf views.

Outdoor living at Easy Breezy is just as impressive. The wraparound deck provides panoramic water views, while the private heated pool (pool heat is by request and is $50/day) offers a luxurious way to relax. The backyard leads directly to your own private beach on the Mississippi Sound, a fantastic spot for families to enjoy with its gentle slope, calm waters, and ample space to spread out. Unlike the Gulf, the Sound has no rip tides, making it a safer and more relaxing environment for swimming and wading.

For those wanting to explore both sides of the island, the Gulf beach is just a short walk away—giving you the best of both worlds. After a fun day in the sun, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower, a guest favorite that adds to the effortless island living experience. The home is also pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the adventure.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly with prior permission, only dogs less than 30 pounds - approved by insurance policy. 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog per stay plus tax applies.
