"I've stayed at Hyatts for many years. This is the first time I was charged $10 on top of the room fee. The location was in Louisville not in a busy area at all. When we checked in they asked if I planned to park at the hotel. Where else would I park? The hotel itself was very outdated. The light next to the bed was do old it was nearly impossible to turn it to get it to come on. There are no usb plugs next to the bed. There was a tin of light coming in the room from under the door. ...

"We had breakfast on property and would do it again. The staff, amazing. The food, amazing! They made omelets to order, had fresh fruit and as we are from the south we thought it cute they called grits and cheese a breakfast special. "

Remote had dead batteries. Had to go again to ask to replace. No extra blanket. Breakfast was terrible. Powder tasteless eggs. Greasy sausages with who knows what inside. Waffle mix that tasted like sugar and nothing else. Spray for waffles iron with no oil, instead silicon!! No maple syrup, only high fructose corn syrup....

"This place honestly shouldn’t even exist. From the time we arrived (after 2:30 and check in is supposed to be at 2) it was a crap show. Our rooms weren’t ready because they had to call the police to kick out people who refused to leave from 6 different rooms. That I later found out were alleged prostitutes. We went to late lunch and came back and one room wasn’t ready and the room they gave us wasn’t acceptable. We had a concert to go to so we figured that would give sufficient time to prepare...

"It was perfect for a weekend in Louisville! Small room, but fine for what we had. Clean, nice staff, great location. No microwave or coffee in room, but no biggie. We would definitely stay again."
