Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your home away from home! Unload your bags after parking in the spacious 2-car garage outside this charming Victorian-style home. Step into the bright and spacious living room and take a look around at what will be your home for the duration of your stay. With 4 huge bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this is the ideal spot for a larger group looking to enjoy all that Dallas has to offer.



With beautiful flooring, neutral paint, and stunning interior décor, this home offers a lavish feel while still being comfortable. The front door opens onto the large living area, featuring a gas fireplace. This will be a great place to gather as a group on the cozy couches. This room flows into a dining area located right beside the kitchen, which is tucked away under a charming little archway. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you might need, whether you want to cook your own meals or simply enjoy some takeout from the amazing local restaurants. There are tons of cupboards in the kitchen and lots of room to move around. The main level also features a small powder room for those quick bathroom runs.



You’ll have loads of room to spread out and sleep comfortably in the beautifully furnished bedrooms equipped with top-quality linens. The lovely bathrooms are all modern and spa-like, with luxury finishes. One bathroom has a shower/tub combo, one features an amazing soaking tub, and another features a large standing shower. No one will have to fight over the bathrooms in this home! You’ll all be able to get ready for a day out without any hassles.



The upper floor also features another large, open living area with a fireplace of its own, offering yet another spot to relax and have some fun as a group. Leading off this is a door to your very own private, covered balcony. This is the perfect spot to get some quiet time to yourself to rejuvenate. Grab a book and enjoy the lovely Texas weather!



In terms of sleeping arrangement, the layout of our room is as follows:

Master Bedroom: King Bed + Ensuite his/her bathrooms| Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and a twin pullout chair | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and a twin pullout chair | Bedroom 4: Queen bed and twin over twin bunk bed (please note: this room will be opened for groups of 8+ only)

The Neighborhood:

Located in a wealthy, upscale area of metropolitan Dallas, your vacation home is conveniently located close to many major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment hotspots. You’ll be 25 minutes to DFW International Airport and just 5 minutes from the heart of Downtown Dallas. There are many attractions that are even within walking distance! If you’re looking to pick up some groceries, Whole Foods is just a 1-minute drive or 5-minute walk away. Klyde Warren Park is a 10-minute walk away and the nearby dining options are nearly unlimited! You’ll also be just minutes from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night! AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, just 28 min drive.

Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
