We had such a great stay at Gina & John’s place! The house had tons of space for my family, which made everything really comfortable. My kids loved the heated pool and patio, that was definitely the highlight of our trip.The host were awesome! They are super easy to communicate with, really accommodating, and quick to respond. The location is perfect too, right in the middle of everything, so getting around was super easy.We would definitely come back again. 10/10 experience!

Overall this property was accommodating for what we needed. we hosted a work pool/pizza party.upon arrival grass was not cut and TV did not work. They where able to accommodate and send someone out and fix these issues. Home cleanliness mediocre. No baking pans. No large mixing bowls. Master bedroom Fan does not work.

Perfect Stay in Dallas!

I had a wonderful experience renting this property! It was a great fit for our group of 20. The kids had a blast in the swimming pool, while the adults enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and pool table. The house was spotless, comfortable, and matched the listing perfectly. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The location was convenient, and the amenities were thoughtful and well-prepared. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and reliable stay!

Dallas house

House was clean, modern, and had all the amenities that you'll need for your city stay. Pool that heated up great for a swim even in November. Large patio with cabana and a pool table in the connecting garage.

Property had a good number of beds to accommodate our group which was great. Place was fine though baseboards and inside cabinets were very dirty. All Furniture was flimsy and we had to get tools to fix chair legs that were ready to break off and unusable before we fixed. Minimal amenities…. Soap coffee sugar etc in small amounts and very cheap quality. Grill and outdoor space heater but no propane provided…. Had to supply our own if wanted to use. For the cost of this place i would have expected quite a bit better.

Lots of potential, fell short

The house has a lot of potential but essentially they put lip stick on a pig. It’s a older home that was fixed up and still has lots of potential that has not yet been reached. First, when I pulled up to the house I had to check that I was at the right house. The grass was so long and the yard was unkept. I contacted the owner requesting the grass be cut - which he did do the next day. However, the yard still needs serious attention. The inside of the home was not properly cleaned. I found old hair pins and someone’s earrings in the futon. There were no sheets for the futon (after asking they had some dropped off) nor any blankets or pillows for the futons so I had to go buy blankets and pillows. The bedding is Walmart level bedding and the rooms would really be elevated if they invested in higher quality bedding. The door code given to be for the garage did not work. The futon in the back room was broken and not usable. If you laid on it the thing would flip over. Not safe. The fridge shelving needs some serious cleaning or replacement. I saw huge roach in the bathroom the first night. They need to redo their bathroom tiles. The grout is disgusting. The shower doors need some TLC too. Screw caps are missing on all their toilet bolts too. A little TLC could go a long way. Lastly, a house that can sleep such a large number of people but the bedrooms don’t have mirrors or sufficient areas to get ready (add some dressers or vanities). With 3 bathrooms but 12 guest we were all struggling to use the bathroom mirrors to get ready. If they gave this place some more attention and repair and hired a better cleaning crew the house would be so much better.

Super fun stay

We stayed here for my daughters high school graduation with out of town family and it was awesome. Enough beds and that’s to accommodate all and still have privacy. The pool was very clean and the kids had fun. Would definitely stay again. There were a couple issues (like wasps but that’s Texas in the summer) but the host was quick to respond.
