Outdoor furniture, fire pit, projector and projector screen available upon request and approval in respect to weather conditions. If you would like to use the fire pit, the use of propane gas will be a small fee. Washer and dryer are available upon request/approval beforehand. Some photos show previous décor, bedding, and furniture, and we have recently refreshed pieces since then, in keeping with the beautiful style. Should you like to have more guests or visitors, please request permission beforehand for approval.

We have stayed at many vrbo's all across the US and this one was by far the most disappointing one. READ THE FINE PRINT, hidden in the extremely long rental agreement: it states that the ovens will not be available for use. (along with any fireplaces, outdoor fire pit, thermostat and laundry facilities) Assuming this was like all other vrbo's, I made the mistake of not reading every word of the agreement. I messaged the host ahead of time stating we wanted to host our family Thanksgiving meal at this home, stated who would be there and got a positive response from the host that it would be fine. I feel tricked because who can host Thanksgiving without ovens? While this is a beautiful home, it lacks warmth and comfort. Also, the master bath, while gorgeous, has 2 windows with no coverings next to the shower. Whoever might be outside can totally see in. It is a beautiful home, but it does not offer the functionality of a normal home or typical vrbo.

Wonderful Stay

I booked this accommodation for my birthday weekend as I had a few friends coming into town to celebrate.The house was very clean breathtaking, just as seen in the photos. It was located in a nice/quiet area not too fast from the city. The host also allowed me to have a small gathering for my birthday which is much appreciated! Would gladly book again!

The house is beautiful. The layout, design choices, and fixtures were moderrn and well done. I rented the house for a catered dinner and overnight stay for 12 for my husband's 40th birthday. After the caterer started preparing the food, she realized there was no power to the oven. After contacting the host, i was told the oven wasnt apart of the rental! This was very surprising and frustrating because the caterer had items from the meal that needed to go in the oven. The caterer had to pause her meal prep to run to the store for other food options that didn't need an oven. She also had to purchase more pots and pans because there were only 2 avaliable. This caused our meal to start a lot later than planned. The only other thing was the house temperature. We weren't able to adjust the thermostat below 74 degrees. Sleeping upstairs was miserable for my guests during a Texas summer. Other than those things, we still enjoyed the property. There was plenty of space for everyone.

Friendsgiving

Very beautiful home with plenty of room. I absolutely loved the drum set. I would have loved to watch a movie outside but sadly it was raining. Host was extremely easy to work with. I will definitely book again and for a longer stay.

Good Stay

House its very beautiful and great location. Needs some more privacy on master bedroom and bathroom. (No courtains/blinds) Need a laundry that can be used. And need countertops appliances
