Spa & Pool + Stay in Harry Potter Theme Home

Relax with the entire family in our Harry Potter-inspired home. Located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes from local attractions, museums, water parks, shopping mall, and 5-star dining. Great number of options for fun, you couldn’t possibly run out of things to do during your stay. Seeker's Landing can accommodate up to 12 guests. Take a dip in your own private pool & heated jacuzzi. Unwind by the pool and barbecue your favorite food. It’s the perfect escape for those traveling to Frisco!

Things to Note before you book (Please read our rental agreement for more detail information) -
Due to the staircase, in ground pool & jacuzzi, and other equipment such as appliances and certain furniture types, our home has not been child proofed and is not suitable for young children. There are no safety equipment in place to ensure their safety. Children under the age of 10 years are not recommended to stay at our property.

There are security cameras located at the front and back of our property. These cameras are there to help us monitor our cleaning crew, pool & lawn service crew and our laundry service provider and to help ensure your safety.

Please note that ONLY the number of guests given at the time of reservation are allowed on the property. This applies to day visitors and staying the night. For example, if your reservation is for 6 people, there should NEVER be more than 6 people on the property at once without our prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 12 people due to permitting and fire code requirement. If you exceed the number of 12 people, the number of guests over 12 will be asked to leave immediately and/or your reservation may be cancelled without refund upon discovery of this violation of our rules.

You’ll be able to access the home via a smart lock and access code which will be provided prior to your stay. There are 4 parking spaces including 3 in the front and 1 in the back alley behind the house. You may unload your belongings upfront.

You have full access to the entire home. Except for the garage and master bedroom closets.

There are three beautiful and creative Harry Potter inspired bedrooms (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff and Slytherin), with master on one side of the home and 2 bedrooms on the other. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, pots and pans, dishes, utensils and more! Complimentary coffee and tea are provided. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on us!
