We arrived to an uncleaned house we called Vrbo told us issues were minor co tasting host only to find out they had canceled all reservations with Vrbo and we were asked to leave. I called Vrbo they said they would contact host and we got no resolutionThe host graciously allowed us to stay but we cleaned the space ourselves and have not heard from Vrbo

It was ok, we booked for us and kids to have fun and comfortable stay. Outside it wasnt inviting and smelt like marijuana. But when you go into the apartment it has a nice vibe. They sent us an email with internet. We took our luggage to back to check out the rooms and it was so hot! We tried turning on the ac but the air didn’t cool down. Thank GOD they had a wall unit. We notified the app chat it wasn’t working and they offered to send someone out but we weren’t staying but a couple days. I did feel that the unit should have been inspected before we came. Slept hot and miserable. We put all food trash in bag but couldn’t find another bag to replace? Overall all house is cute but with no air we didn't enjoy sleeping.

My experience

My experience was great, the apartment was clean, nice space, the only big issue was the instructions on how you open the door. The instructions aren’t accurate to the process, we struggled for a bit, however we figured out. The instructions should be more specific.

SHOULD NOT BE LISTED

According to the property manager (truly a kind lady) this should not be listed on Vrbo. Well it was. Vrbo took my and we arrived she was not aware we had booked. So it was still dirty from the last visitors. She has stated multiple times she will approve a full refund due to not being able to stay at the property bc of a water leak and not even knowing we were arriving. But the issue is no access to account yet Vrbo keeps saying host has to refund. Hoping I get my please do not book! Even manager said it should NOT be listed on Vrbo.

Terrible

The owners didn’t answer. The key code didn’t allow us in the building. We had to pay out of pocket for a different location to stay in and we weren’t refunded our money. I highly do not recommend using this location. They wouldn’t answer the phone or emails. We were left with no where to stay.

Nice apartment!

My family came in town for the college baseball series at globe life. Only a few min to get to globe life or ATT stadium. Everything was as expected from listing. Also, clean! Thank you!
